I've been to Punta Cana many times and I have never had or heard of a Dominican girl asking for anything close to $250! I don't know where you get those numbers from but I will be very surprised when I get there in 2 weeks to hear that that is a going rate. I usually can get one for around $75. $100 / night depending on the time of year. But for my pussy hunting I use the short term hotels near Bavaro Plaza or the Texaco station. I always rent a car when in the DR so that I have my own transportation which can come in handy.

I always get a local phone, because if you give them your real # they won't stop calling even after you get back home. Plus its cheaper to call them while you're there on a local phone than running up a long distance bill on your normal phone.

The $250 price is a real stretch. Normally its in the $50-$100. No need to overpay when a little negotiating will do the trick.

If you should get a condo or stay in a All-Inclusive Resort would depend on what kind of vacation you are planning. If you are traveling with a friend or group of guys. Then going to a resort might be the way to go. You can have all the amenities during the day and then go out at night to look for prey. You can golf, sit in the pool, eat and drink at the many restaurants / bars etc. Then at night just use the hotels / cabana.

If you sole goal is to stalk pussy then get a apartment / condo. Punta Cana has so many vacancies now. I know apartment buildings that are 50%+ vacant. I have been told that some are 90% vacant. Those 2 websites seem good to me. I don't use the rental websites that often, I have my own place. Only a few things I have run into. A section of town called White Sands is close to the downtown area and is filled with apartments. They have their own beach you can use. Most of the apartments are a 5-10 minute walk to the beach. All the apartments are fairly new. Great location, some of the apartments you can walk to downtown. Take one of those motoconcho's, kids on motorcycles that cruse everywhere and will take you anywhere for 100 pesos, which is about $3. They run 24 hours. So think about white Sands.

Then I had some clients stay at an apartment on the other side of town called Stanza Mare. They were right on the beach and had a little restaurant in the complex. Really nice. I like the place, but I assume it is on the more expensive side of things.
