Opera mini works fine for me. But the point to note is hat you need to download this outside UAE as the one downloaded in IAE does not bypass the local servers. Alias works fine on PCs but never tried on mobiles.

So I went back to a place I reviewed earlier, in a mid-range hote near Muroor Rd.

The place is easy to get to, and there is parking close by.
