Any girl in Centro, around "ground zero", with a bag of candy in her hand, is a working girl. They cannot earn a living selling Candy, and are lucky to get a 100 Peso coin from a local for a piece of candy.
In reality, they can be very aggressive in a subtle way. If you watch them, they approach men asking for a "donation" of sorts, which may end up being a load in one, or both of their doors as recently reported.
Typically what I do if I see one of interest is motion them over, or go up to them with a few coins to check out the merchandise.
I have never had one turn me down about going to the room. Albeit, most of the girls selling candy are nothing to write home about, but at times, there will be some pretty ones around, but they are an anomaly, and I've had some great experiences.
As far as the "coffee girls", I will put them in the category of "non-working girls", but with some exceptions. There are literally hundreds of girls selling coffee, and they are selling it to anyone and everyone one they can. All they need is a thermos and some plastic cups. When you see a coffee girl with a single thermos, she has the thermos filled somewhere with coffee which she pays for, and then sells the coffee, and on a normal day will make somewhere between 15 K and 30 K.
So regarding the "exceptions", you have too keep in mind that 30 K is a good pay day for a coffee girl, and if handled properly, and you may have to engage 3-5 girls, some of which will go to the room, but you need to finesses how you bring it up as not insult them, and most girls that won't, will take your advances as a compliment if handled properly.
It's pretty simple, what I have done in the past is purchase a cup of joe from one I'm attracted to, and strike up a conversation. I'll know within a minute if they are available as it will be either offered up by them, or sometimes I ask if they have anything else to offer without being specific, but they all know exactly what I'm referring to, and if I get a wink or smile, time to close the deal.

First time to Medellin-Family day long weekend-5 day itinerary

First time to Medellin-will be landing in Bogota 19th from Toronto, but due to MDE airport is closed for maintenance, I was redirected via CTG (over night stay) and reaching MDE on 20th evening and returning back on 25th. Would love to meet fellow mongers if any one available during that time frame for a drink and share some TR's contacts.
1 Booked Hampton Inn Hilton in Cartagena for overnight stay and hope some beach time and night life taste before heading Medellin next time. But I highly doubt will have any energy left after long flight journey (via SAL). Appreciate any leads or quick must do / visit for one night there.
2 total 5 nights stay in Medellin and could not find guaranteed chica friendly accommodation or Airbnb's, hence ended up booking Four point by Sheraton in Poblado (Cra 43 C.

Yeah, a chica with a small bag of candy is Bottom Tier, like you said. In my other response to you, I was talking about those chicas with a cart they push around. They sell candy, cigarettes, snacks, etc. When they meet someone who they want to fuck, the need and typically have a "friend" who watches their cart for them while they go get their wet holes plumbed.
