You could always try a different venue. Local strip clubs have fichas priced about $5, with the current exchange rate, when you pay in pesos. Beers are about 18 pesos. Now the local joints don't start until a bit later in the day, so you'd have to adjust your schedule accordingly. But 10 fichas would be 1,000 pesos, 20 beers would be 360 pesos. So far, you're at under 1400 pesos, or about $78. So, you're $120 ahead so far. Arribas will be in the 1,000 peso range, or about $56. Tips are up to you. I don't know of a whipped cream show at any local girly bar. An upside is that the girls tend to have less mileage. A downside is that the speak little English.

I was at La Cueva, waiting for an amiga, last week. I saw several very doable ladies. The one very positive thing is that, out of the 100 pesos for a ficha, the lady gets $5, the house gets $1. I asked, in Spanish, 3 times to be sure I understood. This is a far cry from clip joints like HK that give the girls 30 pesos per ficha and keep the rest.

It may not be your cup of tea, but you can certainly have good time with Mexican ladies for far less than $400/ day.

Do not claim to be an expert by no means, I am just another squirrel trying to get a nut preferably anywhere on or in a chica.
