Just took a stroll thru soi cowboy. It is rocking Last call isn't for quite a while.

Pattaya is 2 hours away but a lot of places are now open to 2 am or later, so plenty of time to have fun once you arrive. BKK is even closer, so even more time to party before everything closes. When I had this choice to make in May I just got a hotel room at the airport and went to Hua Hin the next morning. That is because I had a 28 hour trip from the US and I don't sleep well on airplanes. Your travel arrangements may be different.

Most action you want will be there.
My personal favorite is Visa Hotel, where OK rooms start at 650 baht, and its just 200 m from Soi 80.
Tho I always upgrade to a room with bath, as the overnight girls love fucking around in the bath.
Walking Street (Soi Bintabaht) and Soi 57 massage shops are a 1-1. 5 km walk away, and tuk tuks, or motorbike taxis are everywhere.
Soi 94 is a 5 minute taxi ride away.

Pattaya that time of night will be 1. 5 hours drive max but I still think you'll be pushing it by the time you get off the plane / meet and greet the VIP people, go through security / immigration / collect bags, get to your hotel in destination. My guess is that you'll be checking into your Pattaya hotel (maybe Hilton in middle of the strip for convenience) at around 12.30-12.45 if all goes smoothly. After quick freshen up you'll have an hour to go explore and score! Not much room there for any mishap. If I were you, I'd book Novotel in the airport (assuming you are not arriving into Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) and not Don Mueang. You'll be in your room by 11.15, freshen and out in a cab into town much earlier than you'll see action in Pattaya. Then start your travels the next day. I recently asked a similar question about Pattaya and Hua Hin. The latter appears more picturesque. I'm not sure I fancy more than 3 days in Pattaya (been before) and I like the chilled out sound of HH. But I most certainly would not be doing HH when landing at 10.30 pm. You won't see any action at all until the next day / night.

Many of them say freelance right there. If the only info they have is a line or instagram contact they are probably FL. Wearing sexy outfits, doing sexy poses, and showing a lot of cleavage, it is a good bet they are FL If they talk about love, family, and other general dating info, they are probably not.
If you are not sure, just say Hello, and ask what they are looking for. A common freelance response is "customers" If they say long term or marriage, don't bother with them.
