To provide some help, it depends where you want to stay and what you want to stay. Airbnbs will have specific terms and House Rules regarding whether guests are allowed and if there's a joiner fee. Most Airbnbs are in apartment buildings (Blux, Energy to name a couple). These buildings have security at the front desk and will check in chicas at entry. They've got to have their cedula. Some allow a specific amount of guests per week (Blux). Others don't (Energy). Look at the rules for each on the Airbnb site and do a search in the forum and your questions will be answered.

Other Airbnbs have self check in keypads which means you can usually bring over as many chicas during your stay as you want, as long as you're not making too much noise and don't violate any other rules (I. E. Drug use, smoking, number of visitors at one time). If you're planning to have numerous guests per day. These are great, you avoid joiner fees. But. There's no front desk or security to screen out chicas, which may not be great for a first timer.

As far as specific Airbnbs. Do your research. They all vary in price and amenities. As well as guest policies. Make your own decision.

First thing, forget Instagram and webcam sites, along with YouTube videos. YouTube videos mostly just give one person's opinion. IG and webcams will waste a lot of your time and money with minimal returns. You'll be competing with guys who are happy to spend lots of money for just the online interactions.

Where and how to find girls depends on what you're comfortable with. What works for you in the US? You should concentrate on the Colombian equivalent. At least to get started. Knowing Spanish will work in your favor.

Where to stay is another decision based upon your experience and comfort level. The easiest solution is to stay at the Mansion (Search Hotel M Medellin). There will be other, experienced mongers there who can help you out and there are girls available onsite. It's not the cheapest option, but it's reasonable compared to US hotels. About $200 per day should cover food, lodging and 2 girls. If that's your choice, book several weeks in advance. They tend to be busy.

With hotels you will often be charged extra for bringing girls to your room, or you might be limited on the number of guests. Some will not allow any guests. Most will require the girls to have a valid ID.

You could run into the same issues with Airbnb. Pay attention to the description and rules.

Some guys prefer a place where access is controlled. This adds a level of security, but can also cause problems. For a first timer, having someone screening visitors is probably best.

The prices for companionship vary greatly. I'll cover some of the options. The price ranges depend on location. All of these are for CFS. Some will require more for anything beyond what you probably get for your money in the US. None of these prices are exact. Also you should be negotiating in pesos and not dollars.

Street girls range from less than $15 for about 30 minutes to about $100 for an hour.

Strip club girls go from around $20 for 30 minutes or so to $75 for 45-60 minutes.

Casas run from under $15 for 30 minutes to $75 or more per hour.

Online advertisers start around $20 per hour and go up. Many are in-call locations, similar to what you would find on the sites used in the US.

Social media girls (primarily Facebook) mostly start less than $40 and there are some getting $200 or more. Many are available for around $60. It's common to get GFE from these girls, including BBBJ. Most will stay for a least an hour at that price and multiple hours with MSOG is fairly common.

Freelancers in night clubs can expect from $50 up to $500 or more. That price might get you an hour or all night.

There are other options, but that should give you an idea.

Can you just walk around and pick up a girl? Yes, no and maybe. It depends on where you are, how easily you interact with others and many other things. How you operate in the US will have a lot to do with how you find girls.

Most guys pull money as needed from an ATM. Whether this is best depends on your bank. I keep 2 checking accounts in 2 separate banks. Because of conversion fees and out of network ATM fees, it's better for me to take cash and exchange it, for one of my accounts. For the other account I get a better rate by withdrawing local currency from an ATM. I mostly get money from the ATM, but I bring some cash, in case of an emergency. I also am setup so I can transfer money from one of my accounts to a cash pickup location, similar to using Western Union. That's just for a serious emergency. One bit of advice, only carry what you expect to spend.

My guess is that the majority of girls will not be completely open with you taking video. In many cases, paying more will change their mind. The same is true for most things. If you require something extra, you can often get it by pulling out your money.

The cost for any particular girl on any given day can and will vary. A thick girl might want double or half of what another girl wants. Focus instead on what you want to pay. Pick girls who fit your budget and meet your requirements.

Since you mentioned spending your income tax return on the trip, I assume you will be on a budget. Fortunately, Colombia is very inexpensive. It's possible to eat 3 meals daily and spend less than $10. Reasonable hotels or apartments can be found for $25-$45 per night, or less. Taxis will take you almost anywhere you need to go, except to and from the airport, for under $5 and $2-$3 is common. The airport will cost under $25 (by taxi).

Your description matches several of the lowest end places. The one that is shut down is nearer to the back of the museum than any other.

Nobody ever mentions that hotel so I assume very few people now of its existence. If you stay on the same side as the museum Carrera 53 and walk past the dead space (brick wall of building) you will get to the ST hotel with the closet doors.

Don't know if it'll help anyone but here we go anyway. This Vennie girl named Daniela used to work in Santa Fe in Bogota and now she has moved onto Medellin. Two years ago when I went to BOG, she stole some money out of my pants pocket. Not much but annoying enough for me to tell the cops who grabbed her from her hotel and threw her in jail for a few days. The Vennies all know each other so this time when I came back to BOG, a girl told me Daniela moved onto Medellin and is bragging about how there are so many foreigners in Medellin and how much money she's stealing money them. Anyways she looks like a generic Latina, so I'm not sure if this helps but here's her photo attached and her FB profile.

I would never expect to meet young non-working girls. I am over 60, and although I speak Spanish why on earth would a 20's or early 30"s want with me, other than money. And for a chica that does not do it for money what would it be? Although one of my buddies did meet a certified paranoid chica that wanted him as a boyfriend.

In the future put your cash in a zip up purse and keep it in your front pants pocket. Roll up your jeans and keep them next to you at all times. Carry them with you to the bathroom when you go. This way no one can steal from you as it's just way too difficult. Notice I said jeans. If you are running around in slacks, cargo shorts, socks and sandals, etc. There's no hope for you anyway.
