Always seemed a weird location choice for luxury apartments. As Mr Ho points out, multiple sources of day-long noise and poor air quality, especially when you consider how much of Switzerland is quiet and pristine by comparison. I would have thought very high-level sound-proofing would have needed to be included from the start, similar to an airport hotel. Not much fancy nearby in the way of shops / restaurants either.
Schwerzenbach is a very convenient location for Globe, so if that's it long-term it's OK by me. Pity the terrace isn't in better shape, it could really be a feature of the club, even with the constant train noise. I find the rooms very poor, but I rarely use them bar the tree house.
I must say the rest of that building looks pretty neglected.
If club Globe is situated on the ground floor of the new luxury apartment, it would have been amazing luxury apartment for dirty guy like me LOL! It may attract single rich guys who is against marriage and is a serial professional mongers LOL! It would be paradise isn't it? Wake up, take elevator to downstairs to have morning fuck before the breakfast or resident privilege of getting girl sent up to their own room upstairs LOL! Ingo should build Globe residence for ultimate single guys LOL!
