I am a long-time veteran of mongering in Cuba during its heyday, Costa Rica during its heyday, and Nuevo Laredo as well. Medellin is the new playground. Each trip I have something of a focus. After RTFF, this trip I decided to concentrate on candy and coffee girls in Centro. I am mostly a day / evening guy anyway, so this worked out perfect. I did do the Lleres however. Cartagena had a fairly small airport back then, it has tripled in size now but back then it really had a third world feel to the place. When you would be heading to the boarding gate, bofore you entered the actual terminal you passed through uniformed solidiers with machinge guns slung in front of them "at the ready" style.

So these days it is quite the different experience.
While yes 1 million cop a month is a lot of money for the average Colombian. You're dealing with young girls who stare at social media all day and want things the rest of the world has.
