Well, I admit that you were unlucky; though these kinds of accidents are always expected. In my opinion, as an MD, start a 5 days course of "Ciprofloxacin 400mg" tablets twice daily. This will act as prophylaxis against GC (Gonorrhea) which is the commonest STD and will prevent infection in case she already was infected. So this is just to be on the safe side.

I have no information whether these working girls are under regular medical checks or not because I don't know how is the business is going on there and I hope they apply those periodic checks specially for the viral risk, like HBV and HIV.
