I'm sure anyone could go to Cyrcee and get pretty much a 100% success rate when asking for a BJ.
For girls from hostess bars it also sometimes depends on what the guy is like. If he just marches in, buys a girl one drink, asks if she does BJs, then she is likely to say no. But if he takes her out anyway, treats her well, is generous and then asks her about BJs when he takes her our for the second or third time, she is more likely to say yes.
Not everyone has the patience or inclination to do this but it can be worthwhile. Now in PP you have to "shop" till you drop for a cute unspoilt "non-Pro" unhardened Khmer who actually likes sex. Very very rare. They are highly socialized to be fearful of sex and to find it distasteful. So it goes. Hard to overcome that type of conditioning.

What I was explaining is that you certainly CAN negotiate with the guys right outside the gate at the airport and even if you are unable to talk them down you CAN THEN walk 150 feet to the tuk tuks parked along the street. You can use that to get prices down and it can work, as I've seen first hand.

Same in the market. Oh you want $3 for a Samsung charger? They have them over there for $2, I'll go there. Then she stops you and says, okay $2. Doesn't always work, but often can.
When I was flying in and out of PP every week I got in with cab drivers for $7 a trip. Believe it or not, doesn't really matter to me.
If you've lived in PP so long you should know there really is no set price on anything in the country (unless you're at a Lucky or Smile Mart).

Most guys treat Cambodia like a Thailand go go. Walk in, buy a drink, take a girl."You suck dick?" LOL. Might work in Walkabout or Golden Sorya. Maybe a fishbowl if you temper it a bit. That's about it.
It's nothing like that in hostess bars. Visit the bar a few times. Get to know her by name. Maybe take a girl out for some soup.
If you do it right and there's a good feeling between you and the woman, you get 1000% better service. Plus if you get to know her, you know what's she's up for.
I've had girls in places like Zanzibar DFK me in the bar. I knew what kind of service I would get. Other times, at bars like 69, I had to visit once or twice to see what was up. If they were continually cold, I wouldn't take them. But many warmed up and went from being stand offish to sitting in my lap and looking into my eyes. Knew what was up again. Some girls are adamant that they will never do BJ from the beginning. Guess what? Don't take them.
