Regarding your last point, give yourself some credit. Women tend to be less focused on visual stimulation than men. Quite a few guys already know this, as I'm sure you do. If you engage their other senses, take your time and provide the right atmosphere, they're more likely to not need to put on an act.

I've only dipped my toe into things in Lima using Photokinesteticas and the local boards but I can tell you already 90% of the girls you'll probably want to see will be Venecas or Colombianas. Also the going rates are a bit higher given the stronger Sol. The food and culture is amazing. I stayed near the Larco museum in a middle class neighborhood (can't remember the name) as well as in Lince and felt safe even walking at night. I can't tell you for sure but I'd guess internet is comparable. So if sex is your #1 concern I'd stay in Colombia (why leave if you end up fucking vennies and colombianas anyway). But Limas definitely got better food than Medellin and loads of cool things to do.

I've been back in Medellin for 3 days now and have been having am amazing time with both some girls I met in January and a new girl last night. Inviting girls to my apartment and cooking for them is one of my go to moves. The girls I see are all Facebook girls who I offer to pay "gastos" for instead of upfront pricing as well as one nonpro. I don't mind the rain, as long as it's doesn't rain for extended periods of time and cause people to stay home.

Would it be beneficial to go during a time of year when there are fewer tourists, or are there just fewer opportunities overall for mongering due to social climate?

I've only been to Bogota, Cartagena and Medellin, and I found Medellin to have the most beautiful women, and the friendliest people. Do the working girls and wealthy people of Colombia migrate around the country during different seasons?

I used google translate and do not think language is much of an issue if you can get good with that in all those places.

With mongering, Lima has been cracking down. The women there are sweet but by far the least attractive of the four cities you mentioned. Bogota is #1 with women with BAQ #2 but there is not the variety or quantity of Bogota. Lima is also double the cost of the Colombian cities.

So Bogota is your best option on what you listed, but the issues with Bogota were not mentioned: altitude, climate, pollution, traffic. I would give yourself a few days there before committing. If you can take the negatives, that is where I would stay.

Thing about Lima I should point out is the food there is incredible, there is no altitude adjustment, and the weather reminds me of Northern California in the summer: foggy, cool, but pretty much the same every day. I do not go for that, but I know others love that kind of climate.

Lima and Mexico City seem to have an energy that Bogota does not. I would also throw out Mexico City as somewhere you should consider as well. Internet is the best there, and it is much cheaper and safer than you think.

I've been to New Life (blue door) and I've been to La Isla. There's no comparison. I'm not saying one is better. It's like comparing steak to chewing gum. If you want gum it makes no sense to buy a steak dinner, and if you tell someone you're taking them out for a steak dinner, they're probably not going to consider a stick of gum as an acceptable substitute.

If you go to New Life at 11 pm, it's not open. If you go to La Isla at 11 am it's not open. Both places have a cover charge, but only one has a show (at New Life, you can either take a girl, buy a drink or pay a viewing fee). You can't sit with a girl at New Life for 2 hours to decide whether you want her services, unless you pay for 2 hours of her services without using those services.

At New Life, on a good day there might be 20 girls. On a good night there are about 100 at La Isla. It's a completely different atmosphere at each place. You go to a casa to pick a girl and get a quick fuck. While you can do that at La Isla, you're not going to be pleased with the experience.

Covered or uncovered has nothing to do with it. If you want uncovered, find a girl who will do it. You can get BBFS for less than you can get CFS at a casa. There's certainly no need to pay 300 k or more for it. However, if 300 k is the price you're comfortable with get the type of sex you want.
