Why don't you try a very nice and cheap guest house on street 130, Sary guesthouse, basically in the heart of the bar streets district, between street 136 and street 118, close to street 13. Its also quite cheap, rooms start at around 16$ I believe and quite a few bars in that street with the newest and probably the best and cleanest bar in town only a few yards away: the "Loco" bar. Great lovely girls too with frequent promotions on drinks. Great value for money.

I booked 4 nights at the Sundance Inn & Saloon. Walking distance from Riverside and Sorya nightlife area.

I booked my room for 2 adults. Hopefully this place will allow me to bring back a girl or I will be fucked.

Some from nightclubs like Pontoon and HOD, but most of those are hookers anyways.

If you go to Cyrcee don't go to the ST hotel across the road. It sucks. Tell the girl you want to go to the one around the corner. MUCH cleaner and better. And whilst I'm talking about Cyrcee it is one of the places I really hope sticks around.

It depends on what sort of four days experience you want. Four days with an English speaking, beautiful, funny girl who will take care of you, be your translator and tour guide and bang you senseless day and night? Try some of the better hostess bars and be generous.

Four days of sex with multiple girls at often cheaper prices? Cyrcee, Sorya Mall, G Pub on 51, a couple of hostess bars like Airforce and Rose Bar, and maybe Heart of Darkness.

Golden Sorya Mall. Great for freelancers, especially later at night. Guys often underestimate the quality of some of the girls here, but you have to be very selective.

Sharky. Forget it.

Loco Bar. Great new upmarket bar on 130. Friendly girls, about 75% will go out with you, not overloud music.

Pontoon. Great after midnight.

Walkabout. Forget it.

69 Bar. Girls often have aggressive attitudes and ask crazy prices.

Mao's Club. New. Some nice girls.

Heart of Darkness. Same as Pontoon.

Martini. Often has some great freelancers from about 9pm

Shanghai Bar. Often bad attitude from the girls.

St Tropez. Go to Pontoon instead if discos are your thing.

River House. For eating yes. For girls, no.

Darling Darling. Expensive and not many girls.

Candy. Bad attitude from the girls and ladyboys.

Best Bar 136. Ok. Live music sometimes. Next to the good Loco Bar.

Butterfly. Bad attitude sometimes.

Streets 104 & 136.

Personally I find 104 tacky and unappealing these days. 136 is much better with a choice of decent bars. Oasis and Cavalry Bar are possibly the best.

Airforce Bar. A must visit just to see the mass of often drunk girls. But double-check your bill. Known for padding bills.

Rose Bar. Another long established bar. Sometimes great atmosphere when it's busy. Expensive asking prices.

No issues with girls. I had plenty there and not a word was said.

Front desk staff are both Cambodian and Filipino.

Lots of tuk tuks at end of road.

Good location and not on main road so quiet-ish.

For the record, I don't plan on "paying" for any girls. I am 27 and never needed to in any of my travels.

Ideally I would like to bang 3-6 girls during my 4 nights / 5 days in Phnom Penh. Them coming from a combination of online game and nightgame (clubs / bars).

In a perfect world I would schedule a day date every day with a girl from online, and after eating go back to my hotel to "watch a movie" and seal the deal. Then send her on her way shortly after. Then go out at night and get a ONS (one night stand) from one of the clubs or bars. So perfection would be 8 girls. This isn't in no way going to happen BTW LOL Planning for something in between. Maybe 2 girls from online and 2 girls from nightgame. And even that would be rather good by Cambodian standards. Philippines that would be no problem.

So if you were to pick 5 girly / hostess bars (not the clubs like Pontoon / HOD) for me to check out which would they be? Would mainly just be going inside to have a beer or two and flirt / get some girls numbers for when they get of work or the next day. So the ones with the best girls, and best fun / friendly atmosphere.

Is it still low season and how do it reflects on prices?
