Hello all,

First time visiting Colombia which I will arrive on Wednesday. I was informed I needed to complete a Checkmig before arrival. Which I completed today. I received an email confirmation with the basic info I submitted. My name, passport number, airline info. Is this all I need? A friend of mine said I was supposed to receive a QR code?

I sent the bitcoin following instructions as laid out more than 24 hours ago and it doesn't look like my premium membership is activated yet. I am right now in Medellin and wanted to touch base with a couple of seniors through messaging and I am not able to do it. Is this delay normal? Is there anything I need to do other than sending bitcoin and contacting the admin through the "Contact Us" page?

Yes, this is one of the reasons these medications are restricted. When patients mislead their physicians or decide they know better than their physicians, it causes problems for all of us.

Just take a screenshot of it to show when you check in at the airport. Maybe your friend was thinking of Dominican Republic. They have a QR code.

I went to Fase Dos about 4 years ago, and I remember there was a ST hotel next door (exit and walk to the right) where the chicas would take you. I tried to look on google maps but don't see it. It is still there? And if so what is the name?

Does La Isla have something similar or is it takeout only?

Another question about La Isla - 4 years ago when I tried to go to their on a Sunday night apparently it was a "regular" dance club that night and wasn't going to open until 11 pm. Are there certain days where its a regular club vs a strip club?

2. I let the girls find their own ride. In many cases you will need to come out to pay the taxi. If you're agreeing to pay the taxi it's a good idea to confirm how much you will pay.

3. The girl arrives. She shows her ID at the desk and tells them your room number. They call you to confirm and send her up.

4. When you're first talking to them, tell them you only speak a little Spanish. Google Translate works fine. Stick with simple, direct sentences.

The hotel bar next door does allow outside guests, fees vary, maybe 50 K. I think most just let the chicas arrange their own ride. It's negotiated for the service and ride.

2. Depends on how you structure the deal. I see a lot of FB chicas and have learned it's important to clarify the specifics of our deal as we are making it. In other words if you don't tell her it's "X mil pesos incluyendo de taxis" she is going to expect you to pay the taxis in addition to whatever number you agreed upon. Personally I like to build the cost of her transportation into the deal so I don't need to screw around with getting an Uber to find her at her address. And she can use InDriver and probably make a few extra pesos off the 50 mil I build into our deal.

3. Yeah the San Peter reception ladies are very welcoming to the chicas. They just need to have proper identification which is a an original cedula for Colombianas or a passport for chicas de Venezuela. Be aware you are not allowed more than one guest at a time so no threesomes going to happen there.

4. The chicas are used to seeing gringos that speak almost no spanish. Sounds like you are ahead of most. They don't care how much you speak if you are just doing pay per meet. No I haven't heard of anything better than google translate.

[/QUOTE]I find Bing / Microsoft translate gives much more reliable results. I see some guys using Google. They speak in to their phone then show the result to the chicas. Then I have a good laugh at what they just "said" to the girl. No wonder they are often confused.

Spanishdict is great too, but more for study / learning as you go.
