I don't see how a club or a manager would bring new girls to a club, at least not legally. What they can do is to be fair to the girls and then word of mouth brings new girls.
It was always known that Ingo doesn't allow girls to work for the competition in Switzerland (I think Germany or Austria are OK). Depending on the girl, some could return sooner, some later, some never. I didn't know Freubad chain does the same.
Off course the girls can decide when they work, but a good manager can also influence the recruitment and the fact that girls stay. If you keep too many girls for the number of customers like he did, of course many good recruits tried Freubad for some days and then left.
When Torsten transferred to the Westside at the end of 2022, some of the Freubad girls moved with him and are still working between Swiss and Westside. At that time the Freubad was telling that girls going to an Imperium club could not come back. However at the beginning of this year, I saw many girls moving back and forth between Freubad, Swiss and Palace. So maybe Ingo watches for the move of Globe girls, but in the satellites club, there seems to be currently no such restriction of movement.

Summary of the information from the Swiss German forums and my own sources to complete at PaulInZurich information.
The owner / manager of the Medusa is Gabriel who was the manager of the Freubad during 2023. Difficult to judge its performance at the Freubad has he inherited a line-up that was assembled by his predecessor Torsten. With maybe two exceptions, there were no new repeating great additions to the line-up in 2023, but the overall context was not great either (that is many great girls come but didn't stay because of the low number of customers).
We have to be cautious with the current Medusa line-up. Since it was live, both the Freubad and the Globe groups have threaten their girls that they could not work with them anymore if they moved to the Medusa. Some were expelled from their current clubs the same day, so there might be girls waiting on the sideline until the official opening because they still want to earn some money at their current location. Gabriel has tried to recruit in the Freubad line-up, but I recognize clearly only 3 girls (Iris, Eva and Natasha) from the "standard" Freubad lineup. Eliza might also have been briefly at the Freubad and in the Neuenhof. Forums say that some of the girls also could come from the Swiss Club (where Eva had already moved from Freubad early April).
A concern with the Medusa for both customers and girls is the low number of rooms available vs the number of girls. I can see also on their website that the girls can decide the services they provide. If this is really implemented, I think that this deviation from the standard "full service" provided by other clubs will not be popular as Swiss generally don't like to negotiate or to have bad surprises and nobody to complain to. For the same price, I will prefer to go to the Globe. Furthermore, opening a new club today will be challenging in a context where I hear in every club that the number of customers is lower that what it used to be.
Freubad manager on 2023 after Torsten made falling Freubad which was not anymore on Summer 2022 level. Pity and should not improve for girls quality with now Albanian. Zaira moves between Imperium and BITCCI.
Ex Club Rouge clients say the club has 8 rooms.
Probably correct, I remember a limited number of rooms.
Franz, the owner of the Aphrodisia chain, renovated the clubs before his failed attempt to position Medusa in the higher segment of the market: how many rooms are there now, it is difficult to guess, even if the presence of two suites makes me believe that today they maybe even fewer.
Besides, the rooms were very large; just to give an idea, at least two rooms (with showers and Jacuzzi) could contain more or less 4/5 Globe rooms of the ground floor (no joke). Therefore, there could be room of maneuver to split some rooms and increase the numbers, but the presence of the two suites, the rooms with Jacuzzi and the overall area of the building will anyhow put a limit.
Here it is the potential problem of Medusa; whatever they do, it'll remain a niche club. If it is enough to survive, I do not know, As a fan of the former Club Rouge, I wish them all the best, even if I remain skeptical.

The rumor has some ground, as a new club now is a very risky investment and the owner must be ready to accept losing money in the beginning; one has to have wide shoulder to make such investment.
A mystery is the strategy of Franz; either he believes that Medusa will fail very soon or his move, to allow a new competitor in his market, appears incomprehensible.

When they own in West Zurich and West Dusseldorf. De. Globe rooms are really low level for 150/30, when I m not a 30 mn guy and then room quality improve or lower time spent with the girl.

Medusa
TLDR The club is a disappointment.
From advertised 30 - 40 girls down to 22 when they opened, now down to 12. I have seen 18 out of the initial 22, there were 3 maybes for me, but didn't get a good vibe. Girls very passive and complaining that it's not busy. Left without a room, just like 3 other guys I know.
I'll give it some time until the lineup stabilizes and try one more time in a few weeks.

A shame though because competition would be good for us.

Not only they were offering package deals with discounts after the first week, now entry is free after 4 pm. It's not entirely clear, since one banner says starting 27 May entry free 16 - 4 and another older banner below says entry CHF 29 after 20. Based on the first banner it seems as well that they only open at 4 pm. Today, on a Friday, 8 girls on the Tagesplan.
