But if you are a tourist there for a week, I would not even bother. It makes no sense to me to be spending that much money on the air fare and hotel and then cheapening it up. I saw higher class women and never was worried about being stolen from or drugged by them.

Thing about scopolamine is that it made into this wonder drug and all it is just an anti-histamine like Benadryl. It is given these amazing powers but it does not work if you blow it in someone's face or a girl kisses you with it after she has sprinkled on her lips. It needs to be given by injection or orally to have an effect.

So you can take a pill to block its effects and there is a shot you can take that will automatically reverse the effects of scopolamine. If you want to know what they are, PM me.

But scopolamine is glorified Benadryl, and that tells me the reports of its danger are ridiculously exaggerated. Sure, make sure you have the waiters open the bottle in front of you and keep your eye on your drink. I just think short term tourists should not be dealing with the SWs. There are just too many safer alternatives.

First day here just wanted to say I had a great time and Zandaly Massage. I'm staying at an Airbnb nearby It was 50 k pesos for 30 min BJ Sex and Massage. The girl was gorgeous and very freaky too,. I think the women are better looking here than in Bogota. Also so glad I booked an Airbnb in centro within walking distance of all the action instead of Poblado even though the taxi driver who dropped me off asked why did I want to stay in an area so Nasty LOL. (and I've never seen so many people openly smoking crack and I'm from Philly).

Funny how nobody goes to google and complains that they do not have time to search for something they want to know. In all of 2 seconds I was able to pull up the last 120 posts that Surfer500 made about centro.

She will rob your entire apartment, your credit cards, etc. In addition to the agreed-upon price. Chasing hookers in Medellin isn't going to be like SA in Iowa. The way to avoid getting scoped is to control your food and beverages, particularly the latter.

Zandaly and Aventura have bars. You might like those. Zandaly is a short walk from New Life. You would need a taxi or Metroplus to get to Aventura.

Plus, scope tastes nasty, super bitter. The one time I experienced an attempted scope in my hotel room I instantly tasted it and spit it back out. Perhaps in bars the guys are already too drunk or swept up in the moment to notice. I dunno.

And by the time she added it to my drink it was fairly small and not diluted much, so that probably made a difference.

The purrfect drink to scope would be something with Angostura bitters or tonic water in it that already naturally bitter.

So far facebook, I think I'm too nice. First one 5-6/10 and 300 mil. Second one 7/10 350 mil. Both bb but still. I only realized this after they won't stop blowing up my phone afterwards LOL.

I will be in Medellin from March 26-April 1 if anyone wants to meet up and hit some casas. This will be my third trip, once in 2016, 2017, and now 2022.

I am fascinated by the scopolamine phenomenon. I'm grateful I don't have any first hand practical experience. The accounts over the years have been all over the place. I've read everything from elaborate misadventures that are the stuff of urban legend, to verified law enforcement and diplomatic reports. I think my #1 overall most remarkable thing is a post I remember on this website a few years ago in which the poster warned against accepting advertising handouts on the street because of the risk of being targeted for a scopolamine attack. For me, defies logic that the people who have hundreds of these handouts would keep one ready to slip to a foreigner before calling in confederates to victimize him. I agree we are best to take the normal precautions, and for me at least that combined with a bit of luck has kept me out of the scopolamine mix so far.
