It's an area sanctioned by the government of Vietnam to cater to tourists, primarily Japanese and Korean due to the style of entertainment that's offered. This is what a local tour guide told us when I visited in December '24.

There are lots of girls but you cannot take them back to the Palace. You will need a local hotel that is cheaper.

I spent 5 months in Bangkok, where I had a lot of freebies, mostly met on ThaiFriendly, some on Tinder. When I say free, I mean it, I didn't even pay dinner in most cases.

Now I am in Saigon and I am struggling hard. Very few matches on Tinder, and girls do not reply, same with Badoo. One girl I met on Tinder asked me money straight away as soon as we moved to WhatsApp. Tinder and Badoo are full of beautiful girls, but I matched with very few, and not the ones I list the most. If I am lucky I get a match every two days, looks like I am in Europe, not in Asia. On Tinder in Thailand I did not have a great success either, but I was able to pull a few freebies. ThaiFriendly works much better. I do not pay for Tinder or Badoo, but I paid for ThaiFriendly because the price is reasonable.

I had a number of girls offering boom boom (so they call it here) on the streets, but so far I declined.

I heard of people getting constantly laid in Vietnam. Should I randomly stop girls I like in shopping centres or on the street? I am struggling hard.

Any suggestion is highly appreciated!

Vn 'real' girls are much more focus on their life and future. How can you profile address these?

I suggest trying some different profiles. If you have too many pic try less. If one pic, then try more.

If your bio is short, try longer. If long, try shorter.

I believe less is better creating more aeras for girls to want to know you.

Hey folks, I was looking for input by the regulars of Vietnam. I'm planning a multi-country trip later this year and Vietnam is possibly on the list. I would only be able to do a 3 night trip and wanted to know which city I should go to if I wanted to monger but also be a regular tourist.

So far in looking at the forum, HCMC looks like the obvious choice for mongering but what I've seen on Google Hanoi is good for touring. For the folks that have experienced both places what would suggest for a 3 night trip? I appreciate any advice and thanks.

My job is to prep sexcations for my clients, and our trips to Vietnam is 30:1, HCMC is far better with much better options and girls.

I am using the same profile I had in Thailand. I am not saying that in Thailand I had incredible results on Tinder (I did not use Badoo), but I was able to match and meet a number or girls, even though the most I have known were from ThaiFriendly.

Indeed here is a desert, very few matches, and with the least attractive ones, which on a second look I unmatch, because I do not think they are worth the effort. The only one who really wanted to meet me was a girl from the Philippines, who is teaching English in Saigon. She is overweight and not that attractive, and when she realised I was not into her, she unmatched me.

I guess girls here really do not like me. I mean, I would have more chances to get laid in London, than I have here.

I asked the number of a girl who works in a grocery shop, she was enthusiast, she even installed WhatsApp because I have only data on the phone. She was smiling at me a lot. But when I invited her out for a date, she told me she is always busy. So I asked her why she gave me the number, and she said she only wanted to have a friend.

Was on a 3 week trip of Saigon in late January.

Out of curiosity, went to this DJ coffee place called Hana in the same district as the airport.

Ambience. Large, stylish, big sofas.

Music. Too loud!

Smoke. A bit as many were smoking.

DJ. Smoking hot!

Dancers. One was bit aged, the other looked about early 20's with a good body.

Other girls - 2-3 girls came and sat next to me. None looked that great, so did not entertain.

Damages: 200 k VND (1 beer and 1 iced tea).

Wanted to explore other DJ coffees and I had heard good things about them. Other FRs coming up.

VN girls are more traditonal and could take days if not weeks to score. Plus the language barrier is a major roadblock.

Take a paid plan on VietnamCupid and explore. But, it will take days and weeks to score as the girls are mostly looking for long term relationships.

If you want to visit Halong Bay etc, just take the quick flight out to Saigon for 1 day. Hanoi has options, but nothing as compared to Saigon.
