I 100 % support the girls in having a choice as to who they want to deny service to, for whatever reason they see fit, and therefore know about why some girls deny people that are, as you put it, non-white. And to some extent, I understand. I can totally imagine some of the bad experiences they can have with people of, especially, the Middle East. Sad to say, not all the people from my part of the world are as. Enlightened and respectful as one could hope. And then, at some point, you simply start associating that type of looks with that kind of behavior, which sucks for people like me.

You need to ask why. Review the blog on mongering in Hungary, it will help you understand what is going on. Also, before you advance money to anyone, check thoroughly to make sure you aren't basing that investment on guys with very low post count with zero reviews. Ask for referrals on at least 5 senior mongers that actively post. You will be glad you did. Enjoy Budapest, it is an awesome city and great place to monger.

The Hungarian version may be different and much more detailed compared to the English version. It may specifically state that a girl may not want to meet certain guys based on language, weight, age, skin color, etc.

I have spoken to more than 50 girls on the phone in Budapest that advertise on the two websites and have never been asked once what country that I am from, but usually girls will ask me that when they meet me in person just out of curiosity or to make small talk. Obviously that is not to say that if a girl detects a distinct accent that they may ask questions and may decide not to meet you or they could reject you at the door. Unfortunately I have no idea much difficulty you might have with that.

Regarding the Hungarian sim card, there will definitely be more girls that will answer from a Hungarian number. I can't tell you what percentage it will be since there are so many other variables to take into account when contacting a girl. I wouldn't waste time trying to understand the logic (or lack thereof) of why some girls will meet English speaking foreigners that call from a Hungarian number and they won't answer the phone from the same people if they are calling from a non-Hungarian number. You can certainly still reach some girls by calling from a foreign number or through the messaging apps, but it may take more calls and could limit your choices. Also some girls may not be working, but they don't always take down their advertisement. If they haven't logged into their page for 1 or more days, sometimes (not always) this is a sign that they aren't available.

Here are a few tips for contacting girls with the caveat that YMMV with any of these suggestions.

1) Unless you know that a girl speaks English well before you call, keep conversations very brief and basic. If you set up an appointment, the girl will usually follow up with a SMS message or contact you via a messaging app with their address. If they don't, send them a message requesting their address.

2) Many of the more popular girls will take most or all of their appointments for the day at the beginning of their working hours. Some will put their "call me now" button on their advertisement to indicate this, but others will never do it and you just have to call them. If a girl has 0-24 hours on her ad, it typically means that she works when she feels like it and will usually put her "call me now" button on to indicate when they are available.

3) If a girl advertises on both websites, check her ad on Beszamolok as they usually will confirm their working hours for the next two days.

4) If a girl hangs up on you, it may be that she works in an apartment with one or more girls and the person that speaks English is not available at that time. If you know that the girl speaks English (because it was written in a review), then call back later. If not, send an SMS to try to arrange a meeting or to find out when to call back. Obviously there are some that won't respond and it is better to move on the next one on your list.

I live in the outskirts of London and made a booking through a known agency. The agency asked me to deposit a small amount of £20 as a guaranty. I made the deposit and everything went well. Of course this applies to large cities like London, Tokyo etc and for people that live away from the centre.
