Call on the day you want to do the deed. No SPs have patience for advance bookings. Usually 3 to 4 hours before is OK.

2- how to talk to them?

In Hindi, ask him, "Kuch hai abhi". Be confident don't be too polite or too arrogant. Treat it like any commercial transaction.
