Globe Club

Had a blast last Tuesday at globe. I got there easily by train, easy walk from the train station. I arrived around 2 pm, all the check in process standard and as mentioned before here. The host lady who is Portuguese was very nice and helpful, also asking.

At 3 pm they had the public sex contest with 5 couples who had signed up from before, but at least 3-4 more couples joined, including myself with "cataleia" (not sure about the spelling). We started on the side but then made it to the stage, a lot of fun, great oral, kissing, DATY, multiple positions.

Then I cooled down, did some laps and talked to people. Few couples having public sex here and there. I went to eat something, food was very decent for me.

I made a friend, and we decided to go for a foursome, we negotiated with the girls (Diane and Tricia) multiple exchanges. We went to one of the red coaches on the left side. Great service by both, amazing double BJ, DFK, DATY, multiple positions. We paid 140 CHF to each girl.

There has been on & off chat about the future of the Globe building, mainly with respect to plans for luxury apartments in that area.

I noticed today on Google Maps that another business, LaserStar (www.laserstar.ch, a 550 sqm laser-tag gaming room and American Diner, see attached jpg) is listed at the very same Schwerzenbach address as Globe. Makes the case that the building may have a long-term future. From their IG page, it looks like it's been going since April 2019?

Anyone noticed this co-tenant when visiting Globe? Didn't notice anything myself on my last visit in early 2020. Maybe the entrance is opposite to the railway line side where I usually walk up from the station.

However, the business of globe is too lucrative to close, so it will be just relocated to new location and I can see some nice new place being constructed for globe in future if the building is demolished, but for luxury apartment right next to train rail? I do not see that place as the good location for luxury apartment! Maybe middle level nice apartments, but not luxury!

Once that time expires, the landlord can choose to sign another lease with the tenant or not. And if the decision is not, then we can't always assume that the tenant will just be able to pick up and move to another location. I have seen many people just go out of business when lease negotiations fail. In fact, one of my favorite termas in Rio (L'uomo) went out of business for good when the lease with the landlord could not be renewed.

Given that building now appears to have two tenants operating successful businesses, plus given the hassles with apartment development approvals, I'd guess the landlord will forget about the apartment project.

It would have been nice if Ingo make winter garden room on rooftop and also take one more floor and make the swimming pool somewhere!

Ingo should just buy one of those nobody want to buy land in near Zurich close to some train station, and build something there with great outdoor place! A lot of that land is in residential area where a brothel is not allowed, only possibility would be commercial zone next to a train station, not that many options.

Me thinks Globe will turn to a 2 G only club this coming Monday or the following one, this allowing the Silvester party to happen in full, otherwise impossible with 3 G. This after today's confirmed new restrictions by the confederation.

For me a great news if it happens, the fewer customers the better.

I can see Globe being in Zurich Brunau area if there is some free spaces there and there are few warehouse like locations there that could be empty tenant, if Globe is evicted!

If they get any more successful, Globe might start offering identical lasertag packages and try to put them out of business.

Globe really does offer a similar experience, as we hunt down girls in a dark labyrinth with the aim of "tagging" them with our "lasers" wherever we find them in the club.
