speed, there isn't any going rate to send a girl away. if you ask for a 18 year old 180cm 55kilo blond and they send you a 28 year old 150cm 60kilo dark hair girl. you just simply say you are not the girl i asked for, go away. if you call up the agency and say 'send me a girl' then you deserve having yuri in a wig show up at your door. if you are dealing with a semi pro she might come in a taxi. the agencies have drivers for their girls. don't be a tool, it makes the rest of us look bad too.

I was in Kiev early this year and I'm an australian with asian descent and I wasn't treated differently at all. They were all nice to me. My personal guide told me that they have no problems at all with Asian race; not sure whether she was telling me the truth or not.

From what I have learnt, it doesn't matter what race you are, as long as you have a very thick wallet. Then everything will be ok. LOL

You should have no problems with racism, it is quite a safe place.

I have been exchanging emails and photos with a nice Ukrainian girl. We have agreed to meet for the first time on a trip to Turkey for a few days, and of course, she expects me to pay for everything.

I do not mind paying, but I do not want to be taken advantage of. For example if I pay everything for her, but then she refuses to have sex.

Why not just meet here in Ukraine? If she is from the provinces, a trip to Kiev would be a treat for her and a lot cheaper for you than Turkey. That way if there is no sex, you can put her on the next train back home for a lot less money.

If you are determined to meet her in Turkey, like anything else, no guarantees about her having sex with you. Most tickets are now e-tickets so I do not see how you can keep the return off the e-ticket and if you sent her a one-way ticket that would also be a sign of bad faith on your part. Not a good way to signal your intentions. Also some immigration officers do ask to see a return ticket before allowing someone into the country so you may have no sex at all if that happens. That is not a good idea.

If it is Turkey you decide on, it is a risk you take unless you ask her or tell her outright that sex is part of the price she will have to pay. Otherwise, consider a trip to Ukraine.
