Hey guys,
I am wondering if there are any girls on FB or Mileserotica who speak some English. My Spanish is still very rudimentary, not sure I will make out without a wingman.
I don't want to argue with you but this is important for a lot of people visiting or living here. How do I get money and which method gives me the best deal?.
Excellent and comprehensive information you've provided on getting cash in Colombia. My only comment is, that not all the banks utilize the same exchange rate, as Bancolombia and Scotiabank never have the same exchange rate ignoring their fees. And yes, ATM's are the only way to go hands down in Medellin whether you live here are not.
Davienda doesn't charge a fee and most of their machines allow a 2,000 mil (2 million) withdrawal.
Colpatria doesn't charge a fee and you can take 900 mil at a time (you can do multiple transactions).
All these banks give you the Visa Exchange Rate. So there is NO better rate available at any of these banks on any given day. You can verify that for yourself, if you don't believe me.
I switched from Clopatria to Davienda a while back. I have withdrawn 2 million then 1 million before at Davienda in one ATM visit, but it's variable what you can pull out.
I thought I saw different exchange rates at different banks on the same day, but that could easily have been my confusion.
After going in and talking to my Wells Fargo (WF) banker in person here in the USA, he gives me the same deal with my WF debit card as my Chuckie S card. No fee from WF and they reimburse the fees from the Bank's ATM I use in Colombia. Okay, not exactly the same, WF limits me to eight ATM withdrawals per month or two per week, and Chuckie has no such limits. I lost my Chuckie card once while in Medellin and it was nice to be able to fall back on WF.
Obviously, I did not carry all my cards in public at the same time. I think someone already posted here about having two debit cards, agree. In fact, I keep extra charge and debit cards in my room safe in case I ever get robbed I can still function without missing a beat.
Also, in case it's not obvious, you very rarely need you passport in pubic, a paper copy will do 90% of the time. Western Union (WU) is one notable exception where you will need your actual passport, but if you are catching the gist here about the ATM's, you shouldn't be using WU.
Any suggestions on the rooms in Nutibarra? Are there better rooms than others. Which ones are quieter? I'm booked there for 8 days on my coming June trip but would hate to be assigned a room that I don't like. Thanks for any suggestions or shared experiences from recent trips.
I tried travelling to Med. In Feb. And was denied by Spirit here in the states. I hear that once you get there that they (immigration) don't even ask, However on the Gov. Website I'm pretty sure they still require tourists to have if not the full Vax (3 shots) then you must have at least 1 shot AND a negative test 72 hours prior before boarding. Absolutely ridiculous!
I hated missing out on some Paisa action but I instead ended up going to Cancun. Plenty of Colombianas there on Seeking.
My issue now is trying to find a decent flight into Med from Myrtle Beach. Spirit no longer accommodates and US Air is 3 x the cost that I used to pay at nearly a grand!
I hope Spirit will start up again flying from here to there again soon!
Spirit flies to Orlando and Fort Lauderdale on Sundays but the times for connections suck.
Fly Spirit from Myrtle Beach to Orlando on May 15. Cost was $61. Leave 9:49 AM. Arrive MCO at 11:11 AM.
Hop on luxury bus from Orlando to Miami for $60 at 1 PM. Get to MIA at 5:10 PM. Use busbud.com for bus guide.
Alternate is flying from Orlando to Miami on Miami on American Airlines. Cost of that is $141. Flight is at 1:10 PM. You get into Miami at 2:19 PM.
Flight from Miami to Medellin on Avianca is at 7:10 PM. You get into Medellin at 9:30 PM. Cost of that leg is $109.
If you fly into Miami, you can catch Viva's flight to Medellin leaving at 4:39 PM and that costs $108 and gets in at 7:04 PM.
So cheapest way to Medellin is 61 + 60 + 109 or $230.
Faster way is 61 + 141 + 108 or $310.
It appears the service will soon be available. The girl who is starting it up spent today taking photos of all the girls she has signed up so far. I believe she has 5 girls already. Assuming she continues at the pace she's on, it will probably be up and running by next week. I'll pass along more information when I have it.
I'm a little more involved than I expected to be. Mainly, I'm just providing ideas and helping to develop a process, so things actually get cleaned. I'm going to use what influence I have to make sure she has the girls arrive on time, instead of the usual 45 minutes or more late.

But that is based on what they tell me. It could be that banks have different networks they use for this and Canadian banks may be different than some of the US banks in that respect. I have a Scotia account in Canada and it doesn't help me one bit in Colombia, they treat their subsidiary banks in South and much of Central America no differently than totally different banks.
Hi all,
I've been trying to navigate the world of Facebook. I didn't have a Facebook page until now, and it's specifically for my Medellin trip.
I've made a number of Facebook friends. I haven't reached out to any of the girls yet. I'm going in June, so it's probably too early. However I've had a few reach out to me already. Just quick, how are you type conversations.
Two questions.
1) Are most of the women selling pics / videos / onlyfans also prepago? Or are they only interested in selling content? I don't want to put in the effort with someone who at the end only wants me to buy pics / videos from them.
2) I've had conversations with 2 women who very quickly hit me up for cash. They wanted me to Western Union them or bank transfer. They were both hot, and had they not done this, were on my top 10 list of women to contact in Medellin. One actually has "I need money" on her Facebook story. Anyone else encounter this before? I'm not about to send any woman money (cash, in person, only after the deed is done is my rule), but is it worth pursuing these 2? (Did I mention that they were hot?) Or should I just unfriend them and carry on?
Advice, as always is appreciated.
Cheers.

Maybe not at first, maybe not the valuable stuff (at first), but it's in their DNA and they can't help themselves. I really believe this. And it would only take one or two "bad apples" for the service to get the bad reputation or stigma attached to it that their maids cannot be trusted, and then the business model fails. I hope I am wrong, but mark my words.

2) I've had conversations with 2 women who very quickly hit me up for cash.
LOL. Because why the fuck not. These chicks know that foreigners are keen to send money. Thing is they have gotten impatient and have now decided to just cut to the chase instead of wasting time with pleasantries or meeting. If they ask 100 guys and 2 or 3 send, then they are doing good. The other day on cupid a chick asked my friend for money. No hello, or anything. Just here is my info, send money through Western Union.
When you add the chicks all you should say is that you will be in Medellin soon, and to give you their whatsapp and you will contact them to meet when you arrive. That is it. No how are you doing, what is your favorite color, none of that BS. If a chick asks you for money tell her that you only give money when you are together and have fucked.

Just my take on what or might not happen. Sounds questionable though in the sense I haven't seen or read anything about this type of service on the Medellin thread for as long as I can remember, but I do have a "short memory".
I'm rooting for it.

If you don't like your room, you can always ask to switch, although you may not get to switch with one day's notice, and you might not like the next room as much as the first one. The staff there are generally very nice and accommodating, if you know how to treat people right.
The Nutti is a tired old dame in need of some renovation and they are not able to keep up with the needed repairs and maintenance. Other than the sucky Wifi, I love it there. Don't expect the Marriot for the price you are paying. You are paying for location. Good luck.

The pictures she uses aren't even of a Colombian.
Anyone who is asking you to send money, no matter how hot, can safely be ignored. They don't want to earn money in bed, so even if you get them in bed, you're not getting their best effort.
Some of the picture sellers are just selling content. Somear3 providing service and selling content.

However I've noticed Deseo's has been remodeling the bathrooms in some of the rooms.
I can see Nutibarra being very cool if you have information about which specific rooms are the best.
I've only stayed there once, and just remember it as very musty. In the room I had there were drapes and they smelled like smoke, and the breakfast area was like a dungeon.
That was only one room and one night and not representative. I know there are some cool rooms there to enjoy.
