When ever I have seen "deep throat" specifically mentioned on a web site here in Berlin I have seen it referred to as just that-deep throat-in English.

I all honesty, and not to discourage your search, but in my experience with p4p a true "deep throat" experience is almost something that you can not really bargain for. I mean it either happens or it doesn't.

I think Nzito may have hit the best recommendation. Most brothels of any good repute seem to close pretty early in Berlin. There are a few that are open late, i.e. La Dolce Vita II, but they are generally in pretty out of the way spots and in areas where a visitor to Berlin might feel a bit uncomfortable.
