Day 3 – Termas Monte Carlo (Rua Hilário Gouveia, 19, Copacabana)

My previous visits to Monte Carlo have been memorable, especially my last visit back in Oct 2009 when I did it with twins! That was one of the best experiences I ever had:.) so I was looking forward to this visit.

- Arriving at Monte Carlo –

Got there about 18. 30, changed into a bathrobe as usual and went upstairs to the bar. Checked out another place on that list of Sperto. Again thanks all for posting that. Finally found a thinner girl my type. Really good connection. Monte Carlo only allowed smoking in the Whiskeria. 4x4 has a special room only for smoking. Unfortunately they lost the 2nd boate to make this smoking room which is much smaller than the 2nd boate was.

I did not see any violators. I do not know what the rule is inside the cabines.

Besides what Edward M said I didn´t see anyone smoke any cigarettes in Centaurus when I was there in March. I was told that Solarium still allows smoking so I never went there. A couple of Brazilian guys ignored the non-smoking policy in 4x4, and they were just next to me so I asked them to put out their cigarettes. They were pretty drunk and didn´t care, they laughed and continued smoking. I moved on to another part of 4x4 and I don´t know how the staff would have dealt with this. I didn´t bother to tell them.

The guys at 4x4 may have been police. I hear they make up a large percentage of the Brazilian clientel and of course do not follow any rules they find inconvenient.
