I have to agree lots of talent at Cowboy now. But end of last week I spotted a cutie, and when she came down I offered to buy a drink for her. She smiled and accepted, but sat down 1 foot away. When I touched her upper arm, she was tense, staring straight ahead of her, and actually flinched. I tried chatting with her, but she was monosyllabic. In Soi Cowboy saw some girls that looked very young to me. They said they didn't have ID cards and couldn't go to hotel--I wasn't about to take them, I was testing them. They claimed they were 17 but I'd have guessed 15. What's the deal? I think there were 2 of them both working at the same joint, one fairly close to the 'Nana Plaza end' of SC, on the right hand side as you walk away from NP end towards the Baccara end of SC. i am not sure about **** girls working as sc bars because there is a minimum age of 19 to work there (and 21 for girls to enter these bars).

i can say this though: it's not worth it. if you have a doubt, then walk away.

i known there are those policies and laws, but like usual in los not all respect that. were last year in a bar in bkk and had a girl for a lady drink. she was very pretty, sweet and sexy, just during our conversation she admit that she is 17 years old. of course i told her that i can't bf her then. the mamasan came over and tried to convince me that it's not a big deal. the girl will be 18 years in a few weeks and that other bars have 15 years old girls. so, it's always better to check the id in advance.

I fully agree. Laws are not enforced... until one day they are. If you are caught that day, you are fucked.

In the case above, the mamasan will push you because she knows that when the shit will hit the fan (if it does) you will be the one with your face in the newspapers or in trouble, not her.

anyone having sex with a girl of under 18 years of age can be blackmailed by even the girl themselves as she can, and is entitled to, under thai law "regret the act later and seek retribution from the older person". this was clarified in a 1997 ammendment to the penal code (not the penile code).

anything under 18 is a massive no no no.
