Yes, I was in Hilary 2 a few times over the last few weeks and the beer prices are 180 b. Throw in a tip and it's 200 b. As most people know, medical marijuana is legal in Thailand. You don't need a prescription to buy. It's everywhere around the tourist areas (Nana, Soi Cowboy, Khoa Sanh Road).
Prices are ridiculously high. Decent will be from 350-1100 baht per gram! Fucking expensive! 350 is outdoor, somewhat covered, not that tight. 800-900 is normal chronic bud. 1100 looks very good, super covered. You also see, mainly on the street, brick weed, from 80-100 per gram. But quality is poor. Several years ago, that stuff was $1 per gram in Cambodia.
That 350 stuff, I can get in California for about $5 per gram. The 800-900 is about $10-15 in CA. I can get the 1100 per gram stuff for about $50 per eighth (3.5 grams) in the CA. Every time I bought the expensive stuff, I got pissed off for being way too expensive.

I spoke with an American working the marijuana scene. He said the marijuana shops has to charge a lot because the indoor farms charges a lot, and also due to high taxes. He "said" that his clinic only makes, after taxes, about 200 per gram. He said he expects prices to drop substantially in about a year, after all the investors gets paid.
Also, the balloon (NO2) scene sucks here. In Khoa Sanh Road, they charge 100 baht for the "large" balloon. But that balloon is ridiculously small; it's a pencil balloon. The bars won't allow you to partake outside; you had to do it inside the bar. The scene is way better in Saigon's Bui Vien. It's everywhere; you can do it outside. And way cheaper. It's 100-150 VND for a huge balloon.
