Given my upcoming reservation at Panama Marriott, I thought it prudent to call and ask about the guest policy. I had the guy who answered to verify with a supervisor:
If, when you first make your reservation, you confirm for, say, 4 guests. This means that you can bring up to three additional people up to the room. If they do not register with you when you check in, they will need to show ID and be registered (just during their visit).
If, when you make your reservation, you only confirm for 1 guest (yourself), then any additional guests will require a $35 charge.
That seems to be clear to me, assuming they will just look up your reservation to see how many guests were confirmed for the room when you come in late at night, or, if they already know you are good for 2 or more guests (because that person has looked you up before), then it may appear that no one is checking.

I have been searching the Panama Trip Reports, but I guess my questions are still unanswered.
I'm a seasoned monger and want to know if Panama really worth it? I have been to the DR, Costa Rica, Brazil, Angeles City, Columbia, just to name a few.
Wanted to try something different? Is all the action at the Casino? Are they any cheaper spots? Is Panama Safe?
I have been to Colombia Medellin, and Brazil are the girls good quality?

[/QUOTE]It is very safe. There are some bad areas but there is no reason to visit them at all. Stick to Habanos (a bar) and Veneto (Hotel Casino). Going rate is 100 dollars an hour and dollars are used as local currency. It is more of a beginner place in my experience.
Don't spend two cents on 'guides' or backpage escorts and stay the fuck away from strip clubs no matter what the cab drivers tell you. You will get the best mileage for your dollar and the best experience dealing with hookers face to face.
The place is crawling with Colombian plastic dolls and Venezuelans.
Stay at the Hyatt in the banking district.

The one thing PC has over the other places is chicas from a variety of several different latin countries. There is only one great place, Habanos. But it's pretty great with more than 50 nicely dressed and manicured chicas hanging out hoping you'll buy them a drink and make a deal to visit your hotel. The Veneto Casino is a well worn venue that still draws in a few chicas. Usually lower on the one thru ten scale here but sometimes a decent one. I go to PC because it's a nonstop flight so easy in and out and I can find hotter chicas than in Costa Rica. One other downside - PC is boring during the daytime hours. If you read the last ten pages here you'll see there are a couple other options to find low cost chicas if you are adventurous and not picky. I haven't visited these. Bottom line I wouldn't plan a week in PC just for mongering. I usually go for three nights.

Effort to share the wealth Panama is a jewel!! Easy access from home with non stop service on Copa Airlines. Very safe in the financial / Mongering District. You can actually walk back to your hotel at 2 am without incidence. Try that in NY, Chicago or East LA.
No converting money because US Dollars are the currency. Great shopping, hotels and restaurants for Latin American standards.
During the day you can hop on an AC Cool bus and cruise the country. Literally. From Fallbrook Mall buses go to every city in a Panama. Journey to the mountains in Boquette, David or to the carribean side for $20 bucks. Maybe catch a ferry from Trump casino and do a day trip to one of the outer islands. Tons to do. Just be sure you get back in time to hit Habanos at 9 PM. You'll be a kid in a candy store. The most stunning women from Colombia, Venezuela, DR, Cuba, CR, Panama, etc.
No need to worry about details. Hotel Hyatt Place. Chicas at Habanos, Club Ashe (after hours) Veneto and most recently some action at Trump Casino bar area. I have never entertained anything less than a solid 8 Nor will you. Enjoy.

Been doing my research. RTFF. Can't find info I need so hopefully I can get some help from fellow mongers.
1) I'm landing around 7 am this Thursday (red eye flight).
Plan is to get started right away. I know Habanos & Veneto are night time 10-11 pm+ resources.
Any suggestions for the 9-10 am - 2 pm time frame?
I know if La Mayor and Bocaterria next door. When do they open?
2) I'm looking for a Chica friendly hotel. Thinking Hyatt right now.
Trying to avoid unnecessary guest fees if possible.
Thoughts?
3) My Spanish is very very basic. (Numbers, basic intros).
I plan to contact chicas through the hotpanama website. Got maybe 4 contacts.
Will hit up a few more Monday so I'm set up for the week / weekend.
The rates vary from my understanding. $100-150?

Increased turnover which is good. The financial requirement could be a good thing also. They will need to borrow cash to get into the country thereby very anxious to earn some money and pay it back.
Staying 90 days as opposed to 180 will keep them fresher. After being in the country for 90 they have cash and start getting lazy. Instead of going out and making money they are staying home and eating too much and laying on the couch. Help keep the weight off.
