Thanks for the helpful info posted. I just arrived Sao Paulo today and plan to visit a couple of clinica during my stay.

As I speak English only, will I have any issue visiting these clinica?

Also, what's the best way to get a taxi back to the hotel from these clinica? A mobile app? BTW, I'm staying at Sheraton WTC. Any recommendationon on which clinica is easier to go from my hotel, or better for English speaking customers?

On day 2 I went to Brooklin. Compared to Tangara, Brooklin is slightly expensive. 150 for half and 180 for the hour. Selection was good.
