Bangkok Reports

1st time posting here, although been a member for a while. Just wanted to share my experience regarding Thermae yesterday.

Picked the girl, petite girl around 1. 55-1. 6 m dressed in white, mid 20-ish. Went up to the room at the Ruamchitt upstairs and that's when the drama began. She demanded to be paid upfront, I rejected and said the norm was to pay after. Back and forth for a minute or so, I just said forget it I have already paid foe the room it but you can go back down.

She wanted to be teinbursed because she said I "wasted her time". Bear in mind, this was roughly about 2-3 minutes from when we met in the bar and we were both still fully clothed at this point.

I refused and she promptly went insane and lunged at me. Nasty scratches on my arm and bleeding. Suffice to say, I didn't lay a finger on her.

Not sure what I should have done. Call the police?

Freelancers I think, are just a lot more unpredictable than if you go to a gogo bar or massage parlor.

Good thing about fiwfans as well is you have reviews as well as photo reviews, so you can develop a way more educated opinion before committing to something.

How does she smile at me? How does she move? How does her touch feel? Does she snuggle close to me with arms and legs around me or does she just sit next to me? For me, several lady drinks would be a waste of time and money. But 1 drink for me and one for her is about 400 baht well spent.

How do you learn those things with FIWFANS? I sometimes can't tell if a review is from an impartial poster or from a shill. It is even more difficult to determine if she will react the same to me as she reacted to the reviewer.

Maybe I've just read too many reports lately of people paying 2000 baht for drinks and then not even barfining.

As for fiwfans, it isn't perfect but at it's the best out there right now (imo). There could be fake reviews but they won't be able to hide bad reviews, so take bad reviews with a high degree of consideration.

Also the thai guys seem to treat it like a sport in the way they post their reviews with pics in the telegram channels. I don't particularly see why they would falsify their reviews to each other.

Further to your point about whether a girl will respond differently to you rather than another reviewer? Could be a consideration but if a girl has 8 pages of good reviews, that's a decent amount of data.

That said, some profiles do say no black or Indians, and very occasionally it says no foreigners, so it could depend on who you are. Same thing applies with girls off the street though, of which you have zero data to go off.

I think it's totally reasonable and to pay up front if she prefers that. There are scenarios where guys solicit services and then leave without paying. Even outside of Thailand, it is commonly industry standard that you pay beforehand.

What exactly are you wanting to achieve by paying after? Are you not going to pay her properly if you don't like the service?

She had to provide her ID to get in to thermae and she probably frequents it. It's not like she's going to grab your cash and then sprint away.

You did waste her time so I can see how she wouldn't be happy. You are too paranoid.

If they reply in English, you can assume they are happy to deal with English speaking foreigners. If they ignore you, they probably can't be bothered dealing with a foreigner, which is fair enough. You can try with a different girl.

You tell them when you want to book and for how long, and they'll give you instructions to go to a hotel and a particular room number.

General questions:

- how far would it be expected that a typical freelancer or barfined gogo girl be willing to go in a taxi, to someone's room? Is 30 minutes reasonable and when done, you pay her return taxi fare on top?

- awkward question but if in a 69 position getting BBBJ, what exactly is the protocol when the guy is ready to pop and nothing has been negotiated beforehand? I was previously in this position with a freelancer and I wonder what would have happened if I just kept going, as I instead stopped the action and finished on the girl's leg. She didn't look too thrilled, but I'm not sure what is a more graceful method or place to finish.

I tell them I am a foreigner and ask them to use simple Thai words. The messages often go to a receptionist rather than the girl herself. It has worked ok and all the ones I have approached have been ok with a non-Thai speaking foreigner and cash although there are a few who say no foreigner on their fiwfans profile so I just avoid them.

The biggest issue has been the Thai sex slang used on fiwfans profiles which Google can't make sense of. But with some effort I think I understand a lot of it now. The other issue is that many girls are located in inconvenient areas so you need to filter on location to find usable profiles.

One of the girls I saw spoke good English, but most speak little and I have sometimes used the voice version of the Google translate app to talk to them to make sure we are on the same page.

I have found fiwfans quite good. The height and weight stats are a good indication of what you will get The photos are filtered by the apps that are used to make the girls skin whiter and to adjust them to look like the apps version of ideal, like the pictures you see on many adverts. The reviews are useful but I assume they write a few of them themselves, or get their friends to, so I tend to read several reviews and look how long they have been getting good reviews and I don't take any individual positive reviews too seriously.

I've been travelling to BKK for many years, but I still seem to find things that puzzle me. Perhaps someone can shed light on these latest mysteries:

1. The Izakaya restaurants in the Phrom Phong area (and likely other areas); is there any action in these? I see girls smiling at me as I peer in, but not much else. I assume they are oriented at Japanese patrons mostly, but would a white guy be welcome? Is there a chance of something more being offered?

2. Thai "herbal" supplements found in the condom / lube section of pharmacies. I got one from Handy Herb that translates to Black Galingale, and another that's just called Jiu Jenn Pushen Jiao Nang. The girls at the pharmacy blushed and couldn't provide a clear answer when I inquired, so I assume that they are boner pills? Libido enhancers?

Any one is approachable and convincible but not insistable or dectateble.

If she wants pay upfront just pay her first. Or if that's an issue you should discuss that before you take her with you. They probably had people that refused pay after the session so more cautious now. If you're in a hotel you're protected, can usually have ladies hand ID to front desk and not release it until you give go ahead. Not sure about Ruamchitt process tho, I had a close enough hotel we just walked back. I've had a few that ask to pay upfront in my hotel and but mostly in fiwfans, had no issues.

I've never and would never pay one up front. In addition, being in the room for 2 or 3 minutes is not a waste of her time and physically assaulting someone is never okay. I assume the poster in question was polite and simply wanted to call off the session and to make matters worse, Thermae is in the basement of the Ruamchit, so he's "wasted" maybe 10 minutes. Lest we forget gentleman, we are the customers, always be polite, respectful, and never try to push a girl's boundaries, but don't accept and for Pete's sake don't tip for bad service.
