Hi folks,

I will be going to Medellin for 5 weeks in December (my first trip). I am going to spend the first five days at Casa Blanca 2, and the remainder at a private condo. I have a line on a 1 bedroom 2 bathroom condo in Poblado for $1275 (all utilities included) for the remainder (31 days). It is in a newer building (2007) and seems to be a decent deal compared to what else I can find. Can any veterans of MDE give me some advice, or insight as to whether the rate is fair, and if not, where I can find a better rate.
