Actually Turkey is quite relaxed compared to other middle eastern countries that I've been to. There are many options but also many scams. Just use your common sense. If something is too good to be true then it should ring some alarm bells.

Regarding massages. Well just got back from Istanbul. Walked around city to enjoy the view of Turkish ladies.

The above forum seems to change IP every couple of weeks, new links can be found on twitter.
