People generally won't share names and locations of places in turkey and prefer to give clues regarding hotels, spa's and rates.

Twitter is a good source, e. G. Try Istanbul nurumasaj, see what tags people use.

There is the locals forum mentioned in a few recent posts. There is a thread about spas, you may need to translate, and its a long read. Although never fully provide the name they normally provide clues and the area. It doesn't take long using Google and Google maps to decipher the codes, you won't need an enigma machine. Here is my conclusion:

There are options all around the internet including social media and most look super fishy. Indeed, I also read about some terrible experiences.
