So I replied "este billete no es mio, usted me lo cambio el billete" Then he was like "no es cierto ese billete es suyo" and I was like "donde estan la policia, vamos a ver, vamos por la polica" and then he was like "si usted no quiere pagarme esta bien, bien pueda. " then we got out of the taxi and I was looking for a cop but unfortunately there wasn't one around and the taxists drove off. He still got me for my $4 k COP vuelta which is only a dollar, but the way the full scheme works is an unsuspecting person (especially someone with less experience in Colombia) will think it was actually their own note that was fake and then hand the taxi a second bill in exchange for the fake one and the taxista gets over on you twice..[/QUOTE]

Now that you mention it, maybe Centro could be more troublesome for a very new visitor. Monday afternoon a gang of transvestites punched up an older derelict in the mini park between the museum and the palacio de cultura. He was bruised and bleeding on his back for several minutes while the police investigated and later arrested one of the fellows. As usual, the very last thing to happen was an ambulance finally arrived to take the victim away.

I thought that was high, but she says she is not a street girl. With all her tattoos she looks like a Grafiti wall, but I did not want to say that. Slim and tall, has a 6 year old daughter. 24 years old and I am in my 60's. I cannot see anything permanent. I told her I could get a girl from Loutron for 200,000.

But of course that is only what I am thinking, and makes you wonder whatever happened to those guys.

And I'm also going to guess that the number of posters on this board has increased at least ten fold since the beginning of the Pandemic.

Although Medellin was already becoming more and more popular prior to the onset of the Pandemic in 2020, it really become popular in 2021 as being one of the only unrestricted / hardcore mongering destinations being open while SEA was closed.

Hence all the new posters on this board such as yourself.

I think Slapshot bailed out early. Osteoknot is long on self-promotion, but short on information useful to the community.

Hence all the new posters on this board such as yourself.[/QUOTE]Sjobs was mostly before the pandemic. Once the travel ban went into effect, he started posting crazy stuff about smuggling himself into Colombia and then disappeared.

Both Slapshot and Blakman were good early through the pandemic. Pollo Negro also had some good stuff too.

Posters come and go and most have something worth reading. It's always interesting to see what's coming next.

The vast majority of FB chicas live in the Bello area and many if not most believe el centro is a dangerous area. I doubt they have ever been there but it's just what they believe. While staying at the Nutibara you should get the chicas from ground zero (52&52) daytime and hit the well known chica bars (conjitas, grille nueva, bara ejectivo) nightime. If you get your FB game together then stay at San Peter in Laureles to invite the chicas over there. From there you can easily visit ground zero daytime and use short term motels. Maybe split your hotel nights between the two completely different type areas.

Will look forward to your trip report. We hear that promise so much (will post trip report) it's humorous jajaj. Because they rarely appear.

There was a post a few days ago how to find the posts with info on FB. Read up. Or just search this thread for that.
