" Keep in mind I am no newbie and actually had this trick played on me once before in bogota like 2 years ago. So I replied "este billete no es mio, usted me lo cambio el billete" Then he was like "no es cierto ese billete es suyo" and I was like "donde estan la policia, vamos a ver, vamos por la polica" and then he was like "si usted no quiere pagarme esta bien, bien pueda. " then we got out of the taxi and I was looking for a cop but unfortunately there wasn't one around and the taxists drove off. He still got me for my $4 k COP vuelta which is only a dollar, but the way the full scheme works is an unsuspecting person (especially someone with less experience in Colombia) will think it was actually their own note that was fake and then hand the taxi a second bill in exchange for the fake one and the taxista gets over on you twice..[/QUOTE]Once in a blue I pop in to help a fellow playa. Easy, problem solved! All you got to do bruh is is pull out your bill, and ask "Tienes cambio por veinte mil senior? Then before you hand over the bill, watch them count and grab change to give to you and you exchange hands together. So this problem is unknown to me LOL. If they say they don't have change when I have 100's, I step out to make change or pay w a smaller bill. Dude I'm so strict w thieves it's not even funny. I'm from the hood so ain't no freaking way I'm getting robbed by low lives. Hawkers included. But they do try. I've had Uber drivers also try me, telling me they won't get paid the toll in the app while taking you to the airport and asked for extra cash, then after drop off you realize toll's included LOL. Put it like this, I've gotten close many times to getting arrested for almost beating on those guys or thinking so for just standing my ground on their fake threats / bluff. It doesn't happen often but the more you travel it's inevitable and that's everywhere. I totally accept this balance bc so far I always have a nice trip and can't proudly say I don't get ran over for someone who travels many times yearly.

Bottom line, your running around all day, it's not easy to be booking Uber / Didi and waiting, it's vacation and fuckee fuckee time and you want convenience LOL. So will always be mostly cash while trying to minimize risks as much as you can. Hope that helps.

I am still in Medellin, very often and I usually stay a week or so. I had some bad luck back in February and I tested positive for Covid and had to stay in Medellin for 2 weeks until I could test negative. I have a nice house and I have a live in girlfriend of nearly 3 years. I started a really unique business that pay American pay and gives me a 6 figure salary, even from Medellin.

So I still travel through Parque Botero and I often get a chance to look at what's new and speak to some of the old girls that banged in the past. I never stop to socialize because my girl is always with me, but this week I will be hanging out with a few friends and I will get to just look around for a few hours. I will be in Medellin for 2 weeks and I have a really busy schedule but I will find time to hang out in Parque Botero between Wednesday and Thursday, and I am headed to Bogota for the weekend and back to Medellin on the following Monday.

One thing I can tell you is this, I haven't seen the inflation of prices because I haven't been participating as much as I once did. I have a very busy clientele and deadlines to meet so I make sure that I take care of business first. I will be seeing a few girls on this trip and I personally have 3 Airbnb's lined up around Medellin just to keep all of the girls separate from each other. I don't want anyone getting comfortable with where they think I am actually staying.

The girls that I have lined up did not charge me anymore now than they were charging me a year ago. One thing that I have noticed is that I made it clear about what services I wanted and how long I wanted them to stay. In the past I would just let nature take it's course. Because I am on a time table this go around and I have only about 2 days of free time. I assured my dates that I will give them a nice tip and I expected them to be on time. We all know how that goes though.

If I can get lucky Wednesday or Thursday and I can see something that I like, then I will pull something from parque Botero and go in an opposite direction. The biggest problem is that many of the girls are very big gossipers and will try and ruin your day if they know anything about you. So I suggest you provide no information other than you wanting sex, and how much they charge, do the deed and then leave. My old girls that I am seeing they know the format and are all about their coins, this is the big problem when you add new girls or girls that like to talk. So guys keep doing your thing, have fun, stay safe and hopefully I will touchdown on Monday. Pollo Negro is out!

Just came back from 10 days of Colombia trip. Spent 5 days in Santa marta with a woman I met on Colombian Cupid and Stayed at Decameron all inclusive that is kinda a 2 star resort with very limited choice of alcoholic liquor but good tasty food. Went 2 days Cali to meet another woman I met on cupid. In Cali, went to a restaurant Cantina 15 that is great place with live Mexican Band, great drinks and food. Spent 3 days in Medellin at San Peters in Apartment 301 that is a torturous place to stay. No hot water and very noisy at night. Switched my apartment to 1601 that have better living conditions. Hit New Life casa and they had very limited lineup. Picked up Camila who have a average body, but good service. Nothing much to report except heavy rains. Spent evenings at Sports Bar in San Peters and hung out with fellow Americans.

Two days ago I made a date with a FB girl that I've seen 2 or 3 times before. Our date was for 10 am. I sent her a message at 8 am to remind her but there was no response. I never heard anything from her at all. I was kind of expecting this to be a ghosting. Until hotel reception called to tell me my guest had arrived. She walked in he door at 10:07 am.

And yesterday? Another FB girl I scheduled for a 1 pm date. I've only seen her once before and it was about 6 months ago. Same thing, I sent her a message in the morning and never heard a word from her (nothing, not a "yes I'm coming" not a "voy en camino", nothing). Again, my adjusted expectations were she wasn't going to show or she would be really late. Ringggg Ringggg.

Yet to this day, I still question whether Sjobs was really ever in Medellin, as lots of things just didn't add up, especially when the posts of how he would smuggle himself into Colombia began, which included bribing immigration officials, which of course were totally beyond belief, and total nonsense.

Things have changed so much on this thread with all the new posters who haven't been around a long time like you, myself, and a handful of other posters.

I can remember way before the Pandemic, before the invasion of all the Venezuelans, how different things where here like about 6-7 years ago.

Are things better or worse than before?

Most definitely some of both.

Personally, I liked it how it was years ago, but change is inevitable.

So far I am having great success with meeting girls on facebook. What I am realizing is that the girls that have very little friends on facebook who seem to be normal regular girls get very jealous real quickly. Have you guys notice that? Its like these women have real bad trust issues. Also one of the girls who I plan to meet she was open enough to tell me she has a boyfriend and a son and that if we meet it needs to be discreet. Do you think that her having a boyfriend is going to be an issue? She actually seems really nice LOL. I don't want to be a home wrecker. Also what I have noticed is that 3 of the girls ask if I could bring them Flip Flops. Out of anything to ask its pretty crazy that they all asked for flip flops. Would it be tasteless if I brought flip flops from the dollar tree?

One girl I usually see has a boyfriend of many years and 2 kids. I've met him. He's a bit of a pain in the ass, but a decent guy. It's not an issue. Most of the girls have either a girlfriend or boyfriend. You're just another customer.

I wouldn't waste my time on the jealous ones. No need for extra drama.

Cheap flip flops are fine. If you can find cheap ones that say "Gucci" they'll love them.
