Happened to be transiting the Hill for recon last Friday while enroute elsewhere. Saw a provider who looked familiar @ Number 1 at the top of the Hill. turned out to be Hyun-Shil, formerly of J-Bar across the street. As one of the commenters on the original story noted, the author seems to have his tin hat strapped on too tightly. The best directions that I followed and I believe would be easiest are these.

-Go to Yangjae Station

-Walk straight out of Exit 3.

-Take the first right at the next major intersection. At this intersection you will see a large DELL sign, a Burger King, and a Starbucks.

-After you've taken the right, one of the first shops will be a clothing store called Bang Bang.
