There are many new drivers on the street and also many of these drivers are from outskirt of Shanghai and also some are new in the trade, hence they are not valid familiar with the roads. If I have to go to some remote places or places that are far away from the city centre, what I normally do is when I board the taxi, always look at the taxi license number which is displaced in front of the glass panel, if their license starts with 30, they are new drivers. If you have a driver who has a license number starting with 34. (He is likely to be on the road only for weeks or just a few months) and you are not familiar with where you are going, I will suggest that you take another taxi.

I remember asking a shitload of questions before walking into one myself, but after that I realized I was being overly paranoid. Over at AnYuan Lu there are several of them lined up one after another. They are all competing for your business so they might come on a little strong and overwhelming. Just walk by them slowly, check out the goods, and smile at them, remember which one has the most women because chance of getting a better looking one will be higher, a probability thing. Once you've reached the end, turn around and walk back. Once you get over the hurdle of walking into one of them, you'll be ok. Just go with the flow and follow their lead. Remember it's 200 or 300 RMB, don't over pay.

Most pharmacies should happily sell you without prescription.
Just ask for Xi Li Shi (pronounced Cee-li-shi) or just write Cialis in English on a piece of paper.
