My friend went to BNH Hospital and got the right diagnosis after many consultations, scans and lab work. It was all affordable at about US $4500 including a night stay in ICU.

Friend had been suffering with the wrong diagnosis and wrong medicine for 3 years. Within 2 days she was a lot better.

I always got very pretty girl, nice bath, BBBJ and then CFS. Service always felt mechanical.

Another problem I twice experienced was the bath was too hot and the room got muggy. That drained my strength and degraded the experience.

What's Up cranked the gogo BF to 2k in 2015 for models (this is when a model meant a top girl vs the current defn meaning any raggedy girl who will dance topless) and other top gogo bars followed suit. Then the tiered BF pricing started in Pattaya.

Usually I hang out more in Soi Cowboy, but had a different hotel during this visit so hit on Nana Plaza this time around:

My take on the Gogo's:

Spankey's: Most action, funny shows and chatty / vibrant talent. Not too pushy on the drinks. Big downside is that it is quite dark and therefore you might end up with someone you usually would not pick in your room (as happened to me). But the experience and service was great nevertheless.

Billboard: A lot of interesting talent, but most seem attracted to Asians and young Caucasians, both categories I do not qualify for. Managed to get a fairly good looking and highly active (in the bar) one out for short time. As is often the case, the most active in the bar are the dullest, boring and off-turning ones in the room. That was my experience today.

Mandarin: In my humble view the best selection of cute talent in the Plaza. Having said that, the Management is the exact opposite. Calling a girl to your seat "officially & automatically" is "charged" with 2 lady-drinks and the bill at the end seemed a tad inflated (by 200-300 THB. I didn't make a fuss about as I was enjoying the vibes and didn't want to change that for this amount). The girl was exceptional, from the minute I saw her on stage to the minute she left my room. So sometimes it might be worth it to be overcharged a little 😉 if at the end the experience is so great.

During my stay I also went to the Phrom Phom area twice for a full service massage at Club 102 in Soi 24. I have been to this place on many occasions and it has never failed me. They have talent for every taste. I usually alternate between "known-talent" and "fresh" options, which the French owner is happy to point out once you start a conversation with him.

Thermae. Contrary to many other reports, quite a few hotties also smiled and tried to engage (I am an overweight mid 50's Caucasian) - so not only suitable for Asians (at least on weekdays). Having said that, timing was not right, and I will have to return to sample some available flavours.

Overall again a great trip. Well supported by Pfizer - but in conclusion my preference stays with Soi Cowboy, where on balance I have had a better "hit rate" at my favourites Dollhouse, Suzie Wong and Baccara. Maybe just me and to some extent the "decent" reputation I have been able to build is some bars. But at least it is an opinion.

But barfine in a Walking Street Pattaya agogo is usually 1,500 to 2,000 Baht. Might even be higher now because I stopped asking.

Finally able to visit Bangkok after 3.5+ years and I'm staying kind of far from the fun areas. Could some fellas recommend short time hotel and cost around Nana, Thermae, and Soi Cowboy? I've never stay at one before as I've always booked hotel near one of those area. And I don't need my passport to rent a 1-2 hours room, correct? TIA.

I've had times where she wanted to skip the front desk and take me to a used room, perhaps her room or a friend's room. I've paid everything from 250 baht to 600 baht, most are about 300 baht. In March I had a couple times where multiple ST hotels have been full. No ST hotel has ever requested a passport from me.

Cowboy area. I haven't found a good one.

Thermae area. I haven't found a good one.

Soi 7/1 - Atlas is on the left as you walk into the Soi. That is about as good of a ST hotel as I've had.

Soi 4 - Almost directly across Soi 4 from Hillary 1 is a small soi. There are at least 3 ST hotels on that soi, probably more. In my experience, one a ways into that soi on the left has been the best, I don't remember the name.

In my experience, the girls tend to favor going to my nice hotel over a grungy ST hotel, even if some walking is necessary.

Is anybody aware of an alternative address?
