Well, I had good time in Slowakia, Czech and in Latvia. Of course, anywhere you may find the "cheap mess", but if you ask for more quality staff, you find it up here for sure. What surprised me, some of the -1st class girls- are choosing clients, I appreciate it as well.

I have no idea what can be cheaper than some of those places. Also I think there is no way to find a place which would be cheap, not dangerous, with hot cheap/friendly women waiting only for you, and everything else is great.. there is no perfect place, you have to pay one way or another.

In my opinion from what I've seen Colombia or Brazil would be the best. Argentina should be good too, I have not been there yet.

You are right. There are tradeoffs. Many of the countries mentioned are equally dangerous. So that cancels out right there. Will I be visiting hookers every nite? No. I'd probably hire a sex employee.

As a guide to dating expenses I look at what mongers pay for LT/ST. That is a guide as to what to expect for a GF (or a long term paid GF).

I know black men are popular in Germany, just look at all the personal ads out there. They are being very specific also in stating they would like to talk to American Black Men and not African Black Men. Africans come from a different social structure that often doesn't work with women from Western Cultures such at Europe, Canada and the US. Canadian women tell me the exact same thing.

That's just from talking to these women and not some guestimation on my part. They aren't looking for a free ride to the US either, even though a alot of them would relocate for the right person.

Because of the language issues, I haven't spoke to that many Latinas outside of the US about this, so I was really courious about how "brothas" were treated outside of the US and Europe. Although never having visited Europe, I have a excellent idea because of friends that are recent transplants and my father has spent considerable time over there in the mid to late 80's.

That's what makes this board valuable to me, not only for mongoring information, but for the guys that take the time to seek out non-pro talent wherever they may travel.

So based on that information, I believe I can safely say that an American Black Man's best bets are -

Canada, specfically Vancouver, BC and the mostly english speaking proviances.

Germany, England, The Netherlands and Sweden in Europe

Japan, South Korea, Australia, Malyasha, Thailand and other island nations in the Pacific.

and from the looks of it Brasil, Costa Rica and Columbia in South America.

Most of these countries exposer to black men and black culture come from our Military instalations. I know this is true because I heard a report on NPR about some of the base closures in Germany and how alot of the servicemen were coming back to the US with their german wives and children in tow. It focused on a few interracial marriages on a peticular base that was on the closure list and mentioned some number I don't remember but its pretty significant.

From what I understand -

In Brasil is makes sense for Mullatas to be drawn towards black men. I mean, black for black right? Because of my perferance, I'll be mainly chasing "Loiras" down there and I specifically wanted to visit Sau Paulo first because of this. If I was interested mainly in Mullatas and Morenas then I would probaly make Rio my focus.

I also wanted to go down to Argentina, but I have little information to go on about the non-pros but generally brothas haven't had a problem with providers down there. It seems thought just like in Rio reports from other black men on these boards, they tend to chase Morenas and Mullatas around (judging by the photos posted), weather they are pro's or not. I don't understand why, when they could go to closer destinations and achive the same level of sucess, as in Columbia, Dominican Republic, Costa Rica and even Mexico.

I'm seeking anywhere with European looks. In South America, they have the added bonus of being mixed with Brasilain or Argentinan Indian blood and thus "booty" is born, unlike alot of true euros that have booties only because of the popularity of Burger King and McDonald's outside the US. It is not the decline of American Culture. American culture was in decline far before that and it wasn't caused by MINORITIES, we are not in control of ANYTHING that matters.

America is in decline socially because women have taken over and drive the debate. America is in decline because people constantly vote against their own interest. To think Obama won with 57% of the vote and that's considered a landside, how interesting and more than 40% of the population didn't even bother to vote. America is in decline due to crazy unfair trade agreements.

Seems to me like the best LTR's are from non-feminist countries. So that leaves out northern europe, usa, canada.

What I want to know is the difference between an LTR in South America and an LTR from Eastern Europe. Much different in looks, but how about attitudes? (i.e. women take care of the home, men are in charge, etc...)

As much as I think Mexico is not that great of a Country, I can stay on entry for 6 months without having to worry about visas and visa fees.

Where else can you do that? I don't know of any other country.

The visa fees in the Phil are a royal pain in the butt, not only in terms of $$ but in terms of time and trouble.

Most other countries are no more than 3 months that I have heard about.
