Stay out of Gulf-hotel, not GF at all. Stay in novotel, GF and separte entrance you dont have to go via reception.

Also Metropolitan Hotel. Check out Adhari Hotel as well, I hear they have some moroccan girls. Going price for Moroccan would be BD40 for ST. Hopes this help.

For Morrocan, try the Arabic Night Club in the rear of Claridge Hotel, off Exhibition Avenue.

Or may be summerland hotel.

Or alternativly, why not save the headache and go directly to Phoenicia, ST for Arabic talent @ 50BD.

You never know, you may get lucky there. Its not a bad hotel actually and there used to be some action there a few years ago at the Sherlock Holmes bar with working girls dropping in, dont know why its died down. But I guess little point if its girl unfriendly, dont know know how vigilant they are or how effective their 'girl unfriendly' policy is tho.

You can go over to the Bustan hotel (not far away) which may have Thai girls there and try to get a short time room rate. I also hear the California Hotel in Juffair lately has plenty of Thai girls with some good lookers as well.

Gulf Hotel isn't a bad place to stay, and when I stayed (a few times) it was GF. Yes, Sherlock Holmes Bar is quiet - there are usually a few older Chinese girls there - I wouldn't recommend it as a pick-up place.

Careful with picking up girls at places like Bustan - to take them out you may need to pay for their "hotel room" first (at least that's the problem I was presented with, and I declined). Better to take a free-lancer from F1 Club or similar.

California is not much more than a knocking shop, loads of girls stay there - thai, russian and morrocan (last time I was there anyway). They hang out in the coffee shop on the second floor and also the disco below the hotel. The hotel has freelancers from outside also wheras the coffee shop is just in-house girls.

You are expected to take a room if you take an in-house girl. It is also heavily populated with Navy guys. Without mongers and the Navy I doubt the place would still be open!

I dont know if some of you guys tried Al Aminya Plaza just beside Al hooriya plaza. Lots of thai, some chinese & turkish pros. which you can negotiate for 5 bd for ladies room and bd 15 for ST.

I'm planning a trip very soon, but last-minute work commitments keep getting in the way.

Just ask the taxi to take you there. Many good nights there! LOL
