So first time posting. After reading all the posts asking for info. Nepal is not the easiest place to score, however:

Thamel area. Speak to the guys handing out massage fliers. They know what's allowed and where to find extras.

Speak to the receptionists in the massage parlours (there's loads in Thamel) ask for what you want, its unlikely you will offend them, and at least you know what you will be getting.

Plenty of street walkers after dark but I can't vouch for these.

I have had luck using Badoo (dating app) sign up for free, create a profile (a nice photo helps) and off you go. I hooked up with a stunning young (I'd say around 22) Nepali lady, she does GFE in your hotel, 3 hours (200 USD) which is prob expensive for here, but she was stunning, clean, amazing body and anything goes with her.
