Sex education
In a verey different modus operandi, I have found so many young pinay who have appalling lack of knowledge about sex that I am in the process of assembling a sex education manual, mostly cut and paste from sex education booklets online. It is close to being finisherd in the first edition.
I have posted it, in parts, to a number of pinay so far, to at least get their level of knowledge from zero to basic.
I guess that this could complement the CS School of Advanced Sex Education.
I am a selfless educationalist and philanthropist as well. Despite my busy schedule, I readily give freely of my time, effort and money in the training and education of young ladies at my CS School of Advanced Sexology where they are taught everything that they need to know about pleasing and satisfying a man, namely me.
I issue uniforms and training aids free of charge and even provide audio / visual tools so we can review progress and I can point out and correct mistakes.
When fully trained, the graduate student is able to immediately earn a good living practicing the physical skills that she has been taught on my short but effective course.
Do you think that I should seek accreditation and maybe issue diplomas?
Thanks for the advice
Thanks for suggesting the degree in accounting. I had not thought of that.
I think that the difficulty in finding a prospective student to sponsor, is that they will not be anywhere near a college until right on enrolment time, which is when they already have the money.
I guess that I need to get to them before then. My question, is how to reach them.
Maybe a Facebook Page?
A for fees, having sponsored the HRM student, I have found that ancillary costs for labs, field trips, and practicums are far more than for the tuition. And these costs are never published before the course begins. Very opaque.

Small business training
I agree withRK re training for small business operators. The academic programs in universities are theoretical in nature, and totally hopeless in the practical issues of how to establish and manage a small business.
For 5 years I was contracted by the Australian federal govt and the Queensland state govt to deliver training courses in small business. It was the "Certificate 4 in Small Business Management", and it was very effective, very practical. Competenct Based. TechVoc ANTA system. Trainees who completed this course had a business failure rate of 20, compared with the national average business startup rate of 80.
With some modifications, it would be suitable for deliverty here.
I thnk that I still have all or most of the training materials.
G.
I still think a lot of these potential "small business" operators will be better served to undertake a shorter TESDA course which is more focused on the actual skills needed.
So many of the tertiary courses in Colleges and universities are taught by people without any practical experience in rooms that have little equipment anyway.
David. I suggest that teaching (degrees in Education) is now looking like a worthwhile career to follow if a student has good inter-personal skills and the right attitude. Notwithstanding what GE says, the job situation in Education will change as the system demands many more qualified teachers with the shift to a 12-year school curriculum and especially for teachers at Early Childhood (Kindergarten) levels, the sector which always appeals to younger women.
The salary level has just (in Feb. 2012) increased so that a beginning teacher is now close to the 20, 000 php per month level which is the salary of call center operators without the crazy hours, a more stimulating environment and a chance to live nearer to home.

To Slippery.
If you read careful he said US that is not a bad price most airline just raise price last week by 60 USD because of high fuel tax, Cathay Pacific is about 1040 USD SFO to Manila with stop over in HKG for end of May and June to end of Aug jump to 1350 high season.
Fast Eddie 48
My attention span is not lost in 5 or 6 sentences. If you look carefully, USA is quite a large country and air fares from different departure points vary in price by as much as $500 00 or more. That's alot of money and that's why I remarked as I did.

Yes, I think you should consider accreditation and I don't think you could do better than using the KongKing Certification Agency. They are accredited to ISO-ISG standards and would verify through independent third-party inspection, testing and certification & verification that your services to the young ladies of the Philippines do meet appropriate quality, safety & performance standards. As principal of this said Certification agency I would make it my personal mission and it would give me pleasure to provide in person the verification necessary for your accreditation.

The additional fees are everywhere and I am convinced it is a way for the university and / or teachers to make money for itself / themselves as some of the fees for 'tours', OJT etc are ridiculously high when you know the costs yourself. And if you ask for a schedule of these fees and tours, the uni will not have.

Chinese Viagra. Feedback
One of the girls I met here in Manila, once told me that her friends sells this Chinese herbal viagra to people. Sort of like a home business. So, I ended up getting 2 boxes of 6 pills per box. Can't remember the color of the box, since I threw it away and put the pills in a small zip lock back. The capsules are in a temper proof sealed flow pack. You have to break the pack to get to the pill. The pill is a capsule, red and black colored pill.
Most or all of the girls customers are old people in Manila. It seems they are too embarrased to to go to the pharma to get these, so they rely on her discretion. I think it is all for those side fucks they do.
Cost: 600 Pesos for 6 pills.
So, last night, with much trepidation, I popped a pill before a DIA girl (I am in Manila next 2 days) , showed up. I took the pill about an hour before she got there. Once she showed up, not only did I have a raging hard on, it expanded a little. I have taken Pfizer's Viagra before, where your schlong gets really hard and straight. This one made it really hard, straight and a little bulgy.
I did her, every which way, rested for a while, and did her again, and my hard on was still there. Never fucked that hard in a while. Where is the 5 hour energy drink when I need it!
We went to sleep, and got up middle of the night, and my dick got it's own life back again, and went another dound.
Woke up in the morning, and it still had a lot of life left. So, went one more round.
Conclusion: This Chinese stuff works. You got to ask the locals to get it for you.

30 Day Tourist Visa?
Sorry to disturb the ongoing philanthropic discussion, but I was wondering if anyone knows when the BoI plans to increase the standard 21 day tourist visa to 30 days? It's an effort to try to boost tourism dollars and part of the "It's more fun in the Philippines" campaign.
I couldn't find an official news release on the BoI website, just some chatter online. Here is the reference I came across on the ABS-CBN website. It's dated January 2012 so I am not sure if this is breaking news (to just me?) or it's old news and I missed the info that was previously posted on ISG.

Thanks for the info and the link. Yep I know "soon" could mean December or it could mean next week.
I almost fell off my chair LMAO when I read one of the comments at the bottom of the article. It's clearly posted by a member of ISG. LMAO Busted!
I think that the difficulty in finding a prospective student to sponsor, is that they will not be anywhere near a college until right on enrolment time, which is when they already have the money.
G
Apologies for revisiting the philanthropic dialogue.
I think you do not need to get them before they enroll. I have observed that many seem to enter the institution without any idea how they'll continue to pay the bills. They scrounge the money to make the initial payments to get in the door, but maintaining the finances to stay in school becomes a major challenge. And if they work on the side, their grades suffer and they risk dropping out. Anecdotally, I've met many young people who dropped out after a year or two, usually over the finances, but I don't know whether there are systematic data supporting my presumption about drop out rates.
So there are lots of Freshmen and Sophomore students in need of financial assistance. If all you want to do is help out a student, just walk in the student affairs office of any nearby university and tell them you want to offer financial assistance to a needy student. But I assume you are interested in tying some very specific strings to the financial assistance. What you're looking for is a work-study student. So you'd need to have a more informal approach. Maybe you could stake out a few individual universities and figure out where the student hangouts are near campus. Then spend some time there and try chatting up women. Without coming on too strong. Maybe an opening line could be,"I really don't understand how you students manage to find the money to take care of all the bills," and take it from there. This is not anything I've ever tried, so I'm just speculating. CS has often reported picking up students, but his modus is the occasional costume shag, not the ongoing work-study arrangement. But his providers are presumably the same market you might want to target. Maybe he will privilege us with his suggestions.

But I would be lying if I said that I did it for purely unselfish reasons and I'm not into self deceit. No, I helped her because she was a tasty little morsel who let me into her pants on regular occasions. She got what she wanted and so did I so it was a win-win situation. I think that any ISG member who says that he helps a girl for purely altruistic reasons is either an outright liar, fooling themselves or an angel and I suspect there are not too many of the latter on this forum.
Thanks Kong King, here is one of my former students taking her oral examination which I'm pleased to say she passed with flying colours (mainly cream coloured and flying over her face!). Another successful graduate from my Advanced Fellatio Course.

Anyone?
I was frustrated with this news. The quote "A 14-day visa-free stay for Indian nationals who have a valid American, Japan, Australian, Canadian, Shengen, Singapore, or United Kingdom visa, the DOT said."
As I'm from India, What the F. Do they think we are not even worth 166 countries standards to be able to get a visa free stay in PH for even 14 days that we have to travel into one developed country to show how much we are worth for the PH. Its insulting.
Why would an Indian go to PH with this new hassle when Thailand, Hong Kong & Macau has 15, 15 & 30 day free visa on arrival for Indians and have direct flights from India. Obviously they don't want Indians or Chinese in the PH with the kind of silly restrictions they have on both countries. That means nearly 40% of the world population, the two largest populated country on earth is out of favor with PH and they think they can increase their tourism numbers.
I just don't understand what points I have to prove anymore to be able to get to PH considering the last scrutiny and hassle I faced in Manila airport. No illegal alien or unwanted Indians would make PH their home base, when Thailand, Hong Kong has more opportunities than PH. Richest Asian is an Indian. Highest number of Billionaires in Asia are from India and China. I agree, majority of Indians are poor, but even with 1% of Indians who are super rich that would be 12 million would put PH on the Map with tourism numbers that they so badly desire.
Now, here is the shocker. India allows Filipinos 30 days free Visa on Arrival facility which was signed when Arroyo was the president, it was a mutual agreement but so far PH has not honored their side of the deal and as they are saying now, they did back in 2006 with the word "SOON"

Additional fees
WR is entirely right, the additional fees amount to several times the costs for tuition. And my student could never tell me in advance when these were required, nor how much they would be.
My guess is that some families seriously budget for their children to attend college based on tuition fees, but in reality they later cannot keep up the flow of money for the additional charges.
