It's safe to enter sure, but I would take precaution if cops were around anyway, just for peace of mind anyway.

Chlamydia or herpes on the other hand are more likely risks when screwing providers unprotected. It has nothing to do with the tests. It has everything to do with how long your body takes to produce detectable anti-bodies. Most people develop them after a month, 97% of people develop them by the three-month mark. If you test yourself after 8 weeks, but you are in the 3% that take longer than 12 to be accurately tested, you'll be walking around with HIV without ever knowing it.

1) Cheongnyangni RLD aka 588 ("Oh-Pal-Pal" in Korean)
-On subway Line 1 (dark blue/purple), exit Cheongnyangni Station (#124)
-Take exit 5, face the Lotte department store and head to the right. At the corner of the store U-turn left and then turn right either before or after the parking structure.
-Look down the small alleys and, especially at night, the neon lighting from the windows (similar to Amsterdam's RLD set-up) will be visible.
-If taking a taxi, it'll cost approx. KRW 15, 000 from downtown Seoul. Tell the taxi driver "Oh-Pal-Pal" or "Cheongnyangni" and he'll know what you're looking for as long as you're male/men.
