I will be there Wednesday. If you are traveling alone and need a wingman let me know.
I'm visiting Panama Thursday 28th for the first time. I want to meet with Carolina / Alison so bad. What is the best way to reach her / find her? And as a first timer in Panama should I check out the Veneto and book a room for that night or find somebody to make an outcall to my hotel?
[blue]===============================================

Condo
Accommodation.
If more than 3 nights in Panama or in a group just get an airbnb. No chica fee and no walk of fame / shame the next morning. Any decent condo will have security and front desk
Can anyone recommend Airbnb condos that won't give a hard time.
With bringing girls over? I know a lot have security and I am wondering This may be an issue.

Can anyone recommend a condo that allows you to bring girls over?
I know a lot of condos have security and I am wondering if the condo owners give them instructions to only allow registered guests to enter.

Metro Hotel
I stayed at the Metro Hotel and they did not hassle me or charge me to bring a lady upstairs. Just up the street from the Venetto Casino.
DO NOT book a room at the Veneto Hotel, unless you like knocking at your door and your phone ringing while you are having fun with a lady. They are extremely aggressive in preventing sexual fun with a lady, even one they admit to the Casino and if you get the lady to your room, they will be after you and will prevent the lady from leaving if you refuse to pay.
Find some other place to stay if you want to have fun.
The ladies that do work there are fun, just don't try to take any of them upstairs. My story is based own my own personal experience earlier this week when they extorted $42.80 USD from me.
I will be there tonight myself.
This place is the worst hotel I have ever had the displeasure of patronizing in my extensive years of traveling. Their whole objective seems to be to antagonize their customers. How a place can essentially be running a brothel, yet have a chica fee that is 80% of the room rate I paid is just ridiculous.
My first night I talked my way out of the fee. Then for 3 days I had a lady I met online staying with me. No problem there. Was never questioned and stayed out of the casino. We came in and out using the ground floor elevators near reception.
Then today I had a lady visit me that I met on Tinder and she just came up to my room. We're getting down to business, then a knock on my door. I yelled out no thank you and continued with what I was doing. Then he knocks again and announces he is security. I yell I don't need any security. Then the phone rings. "Sir, you have a woman in your room, you have to pay. " I snapped at this point, told her I booked for 2 and was not paying anything and said good bye and unplugged the phone.
We finish up and then decide to go for lunch and drinks. Wouldn't you know that the security f**ker is waiting outside the elevator on the ground floor and blocks our path to exit and insists we go with him. After trying to reason with these idiots, I blasted them for their poor customer service and incompetence. I even suggested she call the police and I was leaving and she was not getting a penny more for a room I already paid for. Then she says the girl would not be allowed to leave. Well, now they have me as I am not a jerk that will involve the lady in my battle, so I threw my credit card at the lady and told her to bill it. I told her to expect a letter to management / ownership, and bad reviews everywhere I can post. The $42.50 USD they extorted from me will cost them a lot more. I also asked why this policy was not disclosed on check-in, or on booking.com. Of course she did not have an answer..
Excellent review, but you have to take videos, photos of receipts & the room if you want to correct them. Many times the hotel owners are unaware of this practices, so when you have evidence to show. They will fire everyone responsible & make sure they make it up to you. The last thing a hotel owner wants is this type of thuggery. Thanks again for the review.

I do have a copy of my receipt, the name of the lady behind the desk who extorted this money from me and the name of the security guy. I found the hotel is owned by Silver Entertainment, LLC and I plan on emailing the hotel and the owners in addition to the poor reviews I have left on various boards.
I will also be writing booking.com and also writing slightly edited reviews on Tripadvisor and any other large travel review sites. I promised the lady I will get my money's worth and I intend to live up to that promise. I don't expect my money back or any other compensation, but my hope is I will have cost them much more than the $42.80 they stole from me.
In the meantime, I am focused on preparing for my 2 week trip to Cali, Colombia on Saturday.

What a buzzkill. I leave Friday and if I come back to Panama I will get a well reviewed hotel by the membership here and not this rip-off establishment. I might even get an apartment, which is normally what I do when I travel, but I figured for 1 week a hotel would be fine. WRONG!
On the positive side, I had a blast with the non-pro for 3 days and had a couple of other pro sessions. Habanos is awesome and the chicas at the Veneto Casino are cool too. I will be in Cali, Colombia at the same time as one of them, so we will hook up there too.
Hopefully this is a coherent review. Even after lunch and 3 Balboas, I am still so # pissed! If not for the girl, I would have insisted they call the police. Basically this hotel uses words like policy and security to extort their customers and they are quite vigilant about finding their extra fee money. How the hell do they find out that a girl dressed in jeans and a normal looking shirt came up to my room? Are they watching on camera? Did a cleaning lady on the floor rat us out? Did someone follow her up?
What a joke of a hotel. Besides the ridiculous "security" restrictions, the hotel is old, the air conditioning temperature control does not work well, several electrical outlets do not work, the bed is not comfortable, the carpets are old as is the stained furniture. I was willing to live with 2. 5 or 3 stars for $54 a night, but the poor customer services puts me well over the top.
If you want to have fun, DO NOT STAY HERE. They are so hypocritical it is nauseating.
EDIT: I almost forgot. Second time housekeeping did not change the towels, so pretty pathetic. I also enjoyed the 9 AM Saturday morning wakeup call at my door by the cleaning staff. What is the point of a do not disturb sign if you're going to knock anyway? Just incompetent.
I completely understand where you are coming from. Many times I have been stopped by the front desk / security and asked to pay an extra "guest fee" Coming back at 4 am, just ready to go upstairs and, I am stopped hassled and asked to pay $25-$125 for my guest. This has happened at the Hard Rock, Intercontinental, Veneto, etc. Also, in multiple countries numerous times. I have argued until the police are called. Shouted, begged, cursed, pleaded etc. I have learned 99% of the time it does no good and, only gets your blood boiling and can effect the enjoyment of the trip. Now if it happens I pay it shrug my shoulders and tell my self " I will never stay here again". I do as much homework as I can before traveling and booking a room so I know the rules but, If I am caught off guard I just pay the dumb fee and move on. I have come to realize its not worth the fight.

Receivership I thought

I have no problem paying fees if they are disclosed at the time of booking so I can make an informed decision on whether the all-inclusive price is fair for the value I am getting. As an example, my hotel in Cali says 19 % VAT is excluded and COP 6,500 Property service charge per person per night is excluded. Knowing this, I booked anyway after calculating the all-in price. These fees add $240 to a 2-week stay, but I still felt the overall price was worth it and I booked anyway. If they try to add any additional charges, then I will repeat what I have done and will do for Veneto.
All I ask is for these hotels to be honest about their fees and policies. After all, this is an exchange of space for money, with an understanding I will not damage the property. It is not a complicated transaction. If this hotel in Cali is annoying too, I may go back to apartment renting, where I have never had issues. The hotels complain about Air BnB and other similar companies, but they do it to themselves with their greed and disregard for their customers.

Eurostar Hotel
Has anybody stayed in this hotel before. Another member posted that they charge $25 chica fee, not a deal killer. How is the hotel itself? Their rate is lower than Hyatt now and the location is even better for me, right between Veneto and Habano with lots of restaurants in the area. Will be in Panama next week for 4 days.

The issue is many people travel to Panama for business and, on the company dime. So sometimes there is not a choice of where to stay.
