I got a credit card stolen out of my wallet during a 3 some with two bar girls near Central Mayorista. Was checking out the area last Thursday, and decided to get some drinks at a bar where the street workers were on the map. Ended up bringing two bar girls to the rooms the bar had in the back, total damage was 70 k with the room for the two of them. Well, during the 3 some one of the girls distracted me facing the other way of where my pants where while I was fucking her. The other girl took about 3-4 seconds to go into my wallet while I wasn't looking and stole my credit card. I confronted them which was about 10 seconds after we had left the room and I looked into my wallet to see it missing. I confronted one of the girls while the other scurried up into the apartment steps above. Other girl who I confronted texts the girl who stole my card to come back down, and she starts getting aggressive with me, and then emptying out her purse. But I know she scurried upstairs to hide the card she stole from me. Whatever, I'm not about to call the cops for something that is so easily cancelled and replaced.
Lesson learned, I'm only carrying cash from now on. I've had hundreds of street girls but this was the first time I had a 3 some.

Obviously, it's small sample size so not conclusive.
From my experience, if you just want a large quantity of good looking women, Bogota beats Medellin (as it should given it's three times larger). But I keep going back to Medellin because I like the weather better, I know people there, and it's just a more pleasant city.
