This isn't like selecting the best puppy in a litter. I suggest that you live here for at least a year, learn the realities on the ground, and then and only then, take some action. Every age group is available so I'd drop it back a decade or two and keep the body and general looks in good condition. Personally, I tap out at low 30's.
