I believe you, so I guess the percentage of those working both venues has increased significantly over the past five years.

I met a chick with ass walking down the street. I turned my motorbike around to go talk to her. Got her app ID and later on sent messages. She wanted my usual $28 disco freelance price. But then I started looking at the pics on her profile and noticed some of them were from the beach area where chicks go for $11-$14. And if you were homeless, can you imagine a better climate than Medellin? And I don't believe there is any social welfare system but I have noticed that people seem generous with their change and spare food for the homeless here in Medellin.

I believe you are wise to try and develop an income stream or "side hustle" that does not depend upon you're being here in Colombia. Better to slowly expand into any business ventures here after you have lived here for awhile and get to understand the culture.

6 years ago when I first started coming to mde I would find a dime on every trip.
Yes the girls are charging stupid money.
But that's not my gripe. My gripe is that the quality of girls looks wise has deteriorated so badly.
It use to be Gustos and places like Envy were goldmines for finding non pros who occasionally needed to make some $$.
I had many great experiences. And yes it was pricey. But these aren't fb or centro girls. They have jobs and standards.
Those types of girls are long gone. Lleras is no diff than centro rn only with jacked up prices.
If you're buying a Bentley I know it'll cost me a lot. But I don't expect to pay the same price at a Honda dealership as a Bentley.
And that's what's happening.
I know some of you guys think it's always been like this and I'm sure there always have been girls who tried.
But I def have enough experience in medellin to tell you how it is now and how it was back then.
And these loud crowds of want to be ballers are not just ruining the lleras scene I also saw first hand they're calling over fb girls and keeping them all night and prob overpaying.
Fb girls and centro street girls imo is a set market that can fluctuate a little. I mean 20-30 k depending on certain things guys want.
I always knew the independents would charge what they want and not back down.
But hey it's just an observation.

The Texas border towns have been shuttered. Only decent border town now is Tijuana. Mexico City shut down clubs. Lima Peru shut down many of the clubs, and there has been a crackdown there. The clock tower in Cartagena has seen a crack down as well. USA escort scene is way down.
Medellin is due for a crackdown IMO as well. In the airports, the sex tourists are easy to pick out and I am not sure how long this will be tolerated.
