1. You. Risk of STD / STI.
A. Relax your brain first.
B. Consult medical help immediately. Go to a proper Andrologist and not to the sexologist around the corner in a shack. Go to a proper Medical center in the OPD and explain the situation. Be open that it was a WG not your GF. Most of us end up compromising the truth due to societal issues. Don't do that.
C. I am not a doctor but yeah most STD / STI would lead to a fever / rash / diarrhea / flu in the first 48-72 hours. Your doctor would explain more.
