Walk outside naia 3 and ask for the jeepney to pasay outside at 7/11 (max 10 minutes walk) and sit 45 minutes to the end of the line.

Then ask for victorie liner busterminal at pasay (EDSA).

You can also walk outside every naia terminal and ask for the white meter taxi line and tell them you want the victorie liner bus terminal on pasay (EDSA).

I hate the manila-olongapo route cause it goes till San Fernando pampanga on toll road and than 2 hours on local roads to olongapo.

Better would be to take the Five Star Pasay terminal and travel to DAU (Angeles city! Whole the way over the toll road.

At DAU (maybe after a few boaring bar nights) you can take a victorie line who travels over a toll road in an eazy 45 minutes to Olongapo.

Also realize that Pasay (NAIA) is on the south of manila while olongapo (and DAU) is on the north of manila. Between 11 pm and 5 am that's 1 hour but at day maybe even not possible.

Phil people don't think good (that's why it is poor! So traffic is very very bad.

Personally I start to hate the stupidity in the phil each time more.

And the respectless brutesk seeing foreigners as family ATM.

Run back as long as you have the money!

Really don't think they listen to your words or opinion.

You are not from the Philippines so you don't know anything about what is good!

So just listen to them and help them with everything they ask than you are so good white!

They just miss the stupid conversation in local language and the dirty food.

But the most, they have always self complaint (pinay are so selfish, they don't care her kids) and want the world to be pity and give her presents and money.

They cannot live with gossip in their native language, filthy pig meat, and fermented duck fetuses. They always complain because they believe the rich foreigners owe them handouts. You have money; therefore, you should give it to them. It is that simple in their greedy primitive thinking. Damn reading some of this is kind of nuts. You guys are lumping everyone in a culture and country in one boat. True a lot of stereotypes here do often happen, but it's often because the foreigner lets it. I've been married to a Pinay for like 5 years, her family has sent us more money than we have sent them. I make great money, way up into six figures. She has specifically told her family they are not to ask me for money. My wife would also never leave our kid, she hasn't been to a baby sitter for even an hour ever. If you put the time in and research you will know who you are ending up with. If she's a hooker she will always be one, there's millions easily available not sure why anyone would grab a bar girl but to each their own.

It depends on where you sit on the cost vs convenience continuum. Taxis and hire cars are certainly more convenient door to door. The bus is pretty user friendly but might be a bit of a challenge for a newbie. Just make sure you go to the right terminal and get on the right bus. Its signed pretty well but never be afraid to triple check.

Don't underestimate the effect of traffic. On a week day peak hour literally half the trip will be getting out of Manila. If you are arriving on a Friday afternoon I would check if I could arrive in CRK vs MNL or even make use of Juan Air. Again, this all depends on your budget.

Bus will be 300 p plus connecting taxis etc. A taxi or car will be 4-5000 p.
