Admittedly, a few busts of bad guys in this type of crime make the news occasionally, but cops also shake down the women. There's a chance the kidnappers have friendly cops on their side.
Just to keep you guys up to the minute.
According to TV news last night (and confirmed by my "friends"), Police raided a local in the city and arrested and jailed one of the men involved.
Liberated at the same time some 12 girls (amongst them some girls we know), in various degrees of trauma. Police informed that the girls will be needing psychological and medical care for a while.
Tick off a good one for the cops.

By a rainy Monday night, I visited Veneto and saw about 8 sweethearts, two blackjack tables open and one Bacarrat, few patrons.
Followed by the Trump Casino, 18 chicas waiting around the bar and about the same number of tables as Veneto.

I have a question for the connoisseurs of the Mongering Genre in Panama.
If you had a choice to visit Panama City for fun between December 10-20 or January 10-20, which date interval would you chose?
I hear that Chicas go back to their home countries in December and the choices are limited.
I have some free travel miles to burn, and I'm planning to use them for a visit in Panama City.
I'm planning to hit the place formerly known as Habanos for some mongering action!
Furthermore, has anyone been to the "new Habanos"? How different is it from the previous one?

How different is it from the previous one?[/QUOTE]I'm far from a PC expert (been once) but been to other Latin American contries and this looks like an close to an even money bet with the best times being the early part of your Dec range or the later part of the January. January 8 is a big holiday for Catholics so many chicks stay home until then and it often takes them a few days to get to the job site, all of us LOL. I always have Jan 20 as the date when things are back to full speed.
Would also like to know what the current intel is regarding the former Habanos. Just my luck I booked a trip in February and then found out about the changes.
- last mongering trip I arrived in Germany a week after the BBBJ outlaw went into effect! Had fun there and I'm sure I will in panama but I hope things are back to normal by February!

Mellow.[/QUOTE]Was there last week. Didn't notice any changes. Same variety of ladies they've had for years. Ladies rotate about every 2-3 months. Lots of candy to choose from.
Just for your information the girls are now requested to pay a $5 dollar entrance fee.
Won't change anything drastically but not all the girls are happy about it (surprise. Surprise).

I'll have a little time to kill on Friday afternoon after doing the tourist thing.
Do you guys recommend Golden Times or Bocaterena for early afternoon fun on a Friday? Of course it's apples vs oranges, but opinions are welcome.
Golden time doesn't open until 7 pm.

I want to warn fellow mongers to be careful with their wallet. I think I read about something like this happening before on ISG. I went to the Dynasty building in Panama and a puta took 40 dollars from my wallet while I was doing the deed. I had 85+ in my wallet and paid 15 dollars and the girl wanted 5 to take off her top, which is BS, but I gave it anyway. Usually I would just say no. Basically I was suppose to have 65 in my wallet and I was going to go to La Bocaterena. I went to buy something from a store and noticed that I only had about 25 bucks in my wallet. I don't recall any woman entering the room but they could have lifted the curtain and slipped a hand into my pants wallet and took out the money. My credit cards were all there. BE CAREFUL. Looking back at it, it almost seems like a magic trick. The girl that was involved and probably some other woman that lifted the money who I didn't see was on the first floor, when you take a right walk all the way down, and then on the first room on the left is where I went. It wasn't the room on the corner. It was the first room towards the left of it. She was a pretty brunette wearing a pink or red dress.
