I could be wrong, but when I stayed there for years, that was the case. But as it seems with Hong Kong and Cascadas, things change. That is the reason I no longer donate my money to either establishment! They would type in the name on the card in the computer to check the reservation.

now dont bother with cascadas anymore and prefer rizo, i like their master suite double. My girl tosses and turns a lot at night, i need the separate bed. unfortunately, they only have just that one master suite double, so you have to get there early to get that room

Tropical bar and Rizzo de Oro hotel have pulled some stupid shit over me, but HK and Cascada have always been straight. Ya, Rizzo de Oro is dark and shabby with peeled paint like an old, dead meat-packing plant. I don't like to stay in it. My dick just refuses to resurrect in a dump.
I arrived at Cascada about 9 PM Tuesday. Octovio at the front desk quickly gave me a single room on 6th floor. As far as I could see that floor had a lot of vacant rooms. Did not see anyone in the hallway all night and morning.
The room next to mine was alive with chicas click-clacking in and out on their stilettos, bumping noise, creaking bed and chicas shrieking in pleasure or pain, who the hell knows, throughout the night. Must have been Jackiee888 humping some putas before his ass is banished to sexless Siberia.

Hotel Cascada's VIP discount
I checked in hotel Cascada last Tuesday about 9 PM. Octovio cheerfully gave me a room on 6th floor. He knows what will happen in the room right after I get up there. He and Miguel work the 2 front desks all night for 12-hour shift for very little money. They could never afford the extremely expensive HK girls, not even the street girls, some of whom live in the hotel.
I gave him pesos. He charged me 176 pesos for the room with HK VIP discount and gave me change. At current market rate it costed me only $9.75 for a nice, clean, quiet, sexy room with mood light, new, nice, clean bedding and towels. The mattress has the right firmness I like. Guys who complain are likely used to old, soft, wasted mattresses.
The room smells neutral, not reek with the cheap, obnoxious industrial cleaners usually used in cheap hotels. I am very sensitive to bad smells and did not detect any unusual odors. Some chicas smell very sexy with their perfumes, while others don't wear any at all! That reminds me, I will bring a few bottles of knocked off perfumes to donate to my favorite chcias.
Over all it's a very good value and a very sexy love nest to take the chicas, spread them out in bed and have passionate sex. Even with a steep discount, the hotel was very quiet on Tuesday night. I did not come across any other guests on the 6th floor like before. So business is very slow. I remember after the market crash in 2008, tourists traffic to Tijuana gradually dried up. This time when the UK's exit from the European Union and its eventual collapse in a few years, will probably impact the world even in harsher ways, including the Tijuana putas market.
BTW I spotted a few HK chicas whom I had sex with for $40 on weekends a few years back. They came back to work in HK and looked hungry. I suggest the bros to stick to no more than $60 or 1000 pesos for HK girls so they won't jack up prices even more to make up for the decline of their business.
