After several years of mongering abroad I decided to give London a concerted effort recently and I found similar to what you have described when I tried to use AW.
Because I have been looking for a particular type of service near to where I live I have unfortunately ended up contacting girls who were Romanian. I was confused when I rang and asked for the address and the girl gave a post code. Of course a post code could cover a vast area. When I asked for a number so I could try and work out the address I was told that they would give me the number when I got to the post code. How could they know for sure when I was at the post code? So I ended up ringing more numbers to find a better arrangement and getting the same responses. It was a bit of a stalemate because I didn't want to travel to some area where there may not be somewhere convenient to wait, ring again and this time find no response, not knowing when or if they would respond. I would then have to travel back home again and start all over again. It can take 1 to 2 hours to travel across different parts of London because of crawling traffic and if you use underground the trains will stop at dozens of stations before they get to your destination.
Many years ago before the advent of AW and other similar internet sites I used to get details of girls from the back pages of newspapers and even cards in telephone boxes. Back then there would be a maid or the girl that would answer the phone, speaking English that did not have a thick accent, so you could understand at least something of what they were saying. You could obtain sufficient details about what services were on offer and more importantly you would immediately obtain an address. When you turned up and if the girl or girls were busy then you could wait somewhere in the house be that a bedroom, the lounge (you would have to listen to the maid giving the same chat to other punters that she has just given you, which I didn't really mind) or even the kitchen or the bathroom..
You' be been there before, done that and told us on this thread you had more success in Mumbai than London.
Save your ££ and head back to your beloved Mumbai.

London Private Lap Dance Club
I don't live in the UK any more but I have recently returned on business for a few weeks and decided to pay a visit to a club I used to go to in Hanway Stret (cut-through between Oxford St and Tottenham Court Rd). I didn't have the number but I remembered that they used to operate every Thursday night so I knocked on the usual door. The door was answered by a bloke who was not particularly welcoming. I asked whether the club was in session and I was told that the club I was thinking of has re-located and this was something similar but I wasn't allowed in because my name was not on my list.
Anyway, the point of this post is to find out (a) whether anyone knows what happened to the original club night and / or (b) whether anyone has any intel on this new club, as I wouldn't mind getting on the guest list whilst I'm in town.
I appreciate that's all a bit cryptic but I don't want to name the club (hint: lady's name related to British military vehicles) as the matron was quite sensitive about privacy but I'm sure someone on this board will know exactly what I'm talking about and, hopefully, be able to offer me some advice. If you can't help me with this then any info on any other private dance clubs would be appreciated (for those of you in the know, something similar to Bob's from a few years ago would be great).
Please PM me if you have any info and I'll share some useful info in return.
Thanks in advance.
